A couple of the waitresses Ive experienced here in the last couple years are unfriendly. They treated us like we were a nuisance. They have you pay when your food is brought to you, and then they RARELY, if ever, come back to check on you to see if you need anything or ask how your meal is. Ive had to walk up to the building to ask for a refill/xtra ketchup/etc. on numerous occasions. I will go back, as this is a staple for Muscatine, but I am a believer in good customer service and I hope they figure this out and keep this place in business for years to come.

Absolutely awesome service, my wife ordered the shrimp and didnt like it so one of the waitresses suggested the grill chicken sandwich which she ended up loving. Have never experienced such a knowledgeable staff member at any fast food joint in Muscatine. Keep up the awesome staffing and service Cheri top you will always have my vote for best place to eat in South End Muscatine.

I have yet to go this year, but in years past (1975-present) they have the best onion rings, tenderloins, & root beer of any drive-in or fast food restaurant in the area. I doubt that its gone anywhere but up over the years. If the MuscaBus drops us off & picks us up in the afternoon, Ill be going there again, & look forward 2 it.

I have loved the food here for the past 2 years and all winter anticipated the summer for Cheri Top...then we got our food...it was not good. Onion rings were under cooked, burgers were dry, fries were soggy, I was so sad :( I hope whatever is going in there gets figured out!

Same as all the years before! Great pork tenderloins, that are a classic! Loved the cheese balls! Always great onion rings. Love the outdoor drive-in and now there is also seating. A bit hot, but love the throw back feeling.
