One star because the food was hot and tasted good. One star because it took over and hour to get delivered. And they left out a $5 order of crab rangoon...which reminds me of why I stopped ordering from them over a year ago...because they TWICE before left out our order of crab rangoon. I ordered online, which was easy. Five minutes later, I get a call from the restaurant verifying that I am paying with cash. They never said they were super busy and it would take an hour to get my order delivered. At the 45 minute mark, I called and the phone call would not even go through. Then I called again a few minutes later for them to pick up the phone and lay it down on the counter. Never said, Hello, can you hold? Just laid the phone down. I hung up and called a few minutes later again. They finally told me the driver was on the way. Will not order here again. Bad customer service.

I used to order here all the time but recently I ordered food for delivery and waited an hour....then I called and there was no answer. I called then again several times and no one answered. I never received my food and when I finally got a hold of the restaurant the lady on the phone laughed at me and basically said it was delivered somewhere but who knows where and she couldnt help me. She was nothing less than rude and disgusting. Do not order from here if you value customer service.

The place itself is small, and doesnt look like much. However I think its kind of a hidden gem. I get delivery/take out from here over anywhere else near me. The food is fantastic, theyre always reasonably fast, friendly, and the prices are about on par with most other Chinese take-out places. I see this place only has 3.9 stars at the moment, but trust me its better than that.

This place was a 5 star for us. But this year the times we have ordered the fried chicken wings were very small. The special fried rice use to be awesome veggies were cut fine, but now you get big onion chunks. Pepper and Onion steak had very little steak more green bell peppers and onions than anything else. Positive side delivery and food is still hot.

THIS RESTAURANT IS AWFUL, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CHINESE PLACE IVE COME ACROSS AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CALLED TO PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER AND THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED SAID "F*** YOU S*** MY D***" AND HUNG UP! I THOUGHT I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER BUT I CALLED BACK AND SHE ANSWERED CHINA CAFE. AWFUL! ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDNT LET ME GIVE ZERO!

Small restaurant like most fast food Chinese restaurants are. They have a few tables to eat in. Service is fast. Flavoring of some dishes are not consistent in taste, taste a little different every visit but still good. Would recommend for fast orders on or aroubd Preston Highway by Southern Highschool.

We had our food delivered to our home and it was still piping hot when it arrived to our door. The food is so good that we keep shoveling it into our mouths with very little concern about the burns we experience as we eat. We are highly impressed by how fresh everything is.

Food is always good but when you got lil kids under the age of 10 working here it makes it very hard to get your order right and then they got to find another child to help them with the card machine Im sure there are laws reguarding kids working g here 8 hours a day

Ordered a sweet & sour chicken meal almost $9.00 when I got home and open the bag in was chicken and sauce. No rice, Egg Roll, Green Pepper, Onion, Pineapple nothing but Chicken and sauce....Will not return!!!!

I have ate at many Chinese restaurants. This is BY FAR the best, ever. Crab Rangoon is perfect! Rice is perfect! Sweet and sour sauce is amazing! Great job!
