I had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich paired with the baked beans. Ice Tea and for dessert, a fabulous apple tart with vanilla ice cream. For a "fast food" restaurant this was just divine! I can barely bring myself to call it that. Three kinds of BBQ sauces a variety of grilled meats, and 6 sides to choose from - this is a 5 star compared to other BBQ fast foods, and a 6 star compared to other fast foods. The meat was tender and juicy while still having a few pieces of that delicious crispy grilled outside. The bun was fresh and soft. The sauce was different than the usual store bought BBQ which immediately made it all a 4 star for me - what topped it off was the vanilla bean ice cream (not the cheap stuff with milk as the first ingredient) and the homemade apple tart!

I drive from Bremen from time to time just to get a rack or 2 of Brothers Ribs. The rub on the hot juicy cooked to perfection, pull the bone out of the rib rack is the best, and they are large racks at a very reasonable price. My only complaint is they taste so good I eat way to much. Dont want to be on a diet if you eat there. I usually dont use any sauce on the ribs coz the rub does it all. The mild sauce is my favorite if I use any although I do add about a half teaspoon of Carolina Reaper pepper sauce to it and shake it up for some heat. That makes it perfect! Love it! Thanks for the best ribs around.

Update below...first review.I am surprised at everyones reviews. We bought one big plate that had everything on it, ribs, chicken, pulled pork and brisket. They were all some of the best I have had. My wife had the pulled pork dinner and loved it. Their bbq sauces were great. Update...we had eaten here again a week back, got it to go again. I got the smoked checked and my wife got the pulled pork. Both of us had potato salad and beans....The best again and around here...very pleased.

We heard good reviews about this place. WRONG! The pork was unedible; tasted like it had been boiled and then a little sauce poured over it ~ NASTY. We had 4 small ribs (large order) and they were tough with very little meat. The cole slaw and potato salad were store bought and the service was terrible. Very small amounts of food. Pricy! Would never recommend this place.

AHH-Mazing! I absolutely love everything about Brothers! Ive been three times now and I practically demand we stop in every time Im in Madisonville! The brisket is to die for! The staff is tremendous, the food is exceptional, and the sweet tea is fabulous! "Loved it!" is a huge under statement! We are looking into catering for my sister-in-laws wedding. Im absolutely in love!

My husband and I stopped here on a whim after a rough morning. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and just amazing in general. And then there was the food. Practically perfect. The pulled pork and sauce was fantastic but my favorite part was the baked beans. Although over an hour away, its definitely worth the drive. Thanks so much Brothers BBQ, well be back soon!

Eclipse day 2017 - We stopped in after being stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours. What a turn-a-round from tired and hungry to happy and full. We had the BEST BBQ and such a pleasant overall experience. Our traffic nightmare was eclipsed by the scrumptious BBQ! We may have to make a special trip to visit again.

Had a beef brisket sandwich with a sweet potato casserole and it was amazing! The meat was tender and melted in my mouth the toast was perfectly crunchy. The sweet potatoes where great. The service was great! Friendly employees, got my food rather quick, and I just felt at home. 10/10 would eat again!

I ordered the brisket dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it! Mixing sweet and their Hot sauces created a wonderful blend of flavor that makes my mouth water just writing about it. I only come to Madisonville on business but I will be stopping in to Brothers as soon as I can :)

My husband and I were very disappointed. The billboard said voted #1 in Kentucky and I dont know why. The pulled pork was mushy with no flavor. The ribs were tough and tasted like they were boiled with Bbq sauce poured on them. The baked potato was the best part of my meal.

Superb food. I know this is a barbecue restaurant, but their porkchops paired with sweet potato casserole and kale are aw-mazing (awesome and amazing). Their customer service is just the cherry on top of it all (or the whipped cream topping their amazing Brownie Delight).

The pork is from the frozen food isle. The baked beans are from the canned food isle. Nothing is authentic or home made. You might as well buy a Hungryman TV dinner. You would at least get more for your money. Youre paying Applebees prices for McDonalds caliber food.

My fiancee and I had the combo plate for our first experience here and loved everything. The beef brisket was exceptional, which is hard to come by. Overall, we were extremely pleased and will definitely come back on our next time through here.

Brisket tough and salty tasted like Bologna. Commercial container cole slaw and baked beans . Fancy plates didnt make up for the mediocre food. Bonus for USB chargers at some tables.

The Big chicken sandwich was all bread it the chicken tasted like it had been boiled not smoked or grilled. The chicken basket wasnt anything special but it was real chicken.
