Worst subs and customer service I have ever had the vegetables looked rotten I could smell the sour onions the moment I opened the sandwich. I told them I didnt want pickles because I was allergic to pickles and asked if the person who was making my sandwich could change their gloves and I got an attitude and proceeded to make my sandwich and put pickles on it. When I asked for a manager they gave me an attitude like it was my fault. They refused to give me my money back so I could go somewhere else. So I asked if they could just make me a fresh sandwich and the manager did and got mad when I asked for mayo and no pickles I got the no pickles but they put salad dressing on it. After taking a bite the sandwich was so nasty I just threw it in the trash and walked out. I have no clue how this place is still in business

Would have given it 5 stars but since the original owner passed and family took over they seem to have become chency. However the food is still pretty good. Stopped here today just not up to par since family took over. I might as well have gone to subway. Dont think I will be going back. They couldnt possibly slice the tomatoes and meat any thinner. Just plane chincey. Come on get real!

Been eating there for 20 years. Never have I ever had a bad experience there. The subs are delicious the bread is fresh. And above all its one of the best damn sandwiches in Louisville try the number 19 out of this world. So do yourself a favor and go on fern Valley Road on

Ever since i was kid this place has been crushing the local sandwich competition. I guess all i want to know is....Where is Sub Station I....does it even exist? If it werent for the great food and service, i would be suspicious of this restaurant.

The best subs in town. I am lucky that I live close so I get to enjoy the subs on a regular basis. I love the capicola. I do not know what Italian subs are supposed to taste like but these are great. Everybody is always friendly.

Best Italian Subs in Louisville. Every time I am in town I stop in for a treat. A must try if you like deli fresh subs. My suggestion is an Italian on white bread loaded with mayo... super killer

The closest thing to a cicago style hoagie sandwich youre going to get in the area! Well worth the $11! I advise you all to try the number 19 with mayonnaise on both sides the bread...

I have been enjoying this restaurant for over 30 years. Very good food and usually good service. The owner died some time back and I guess the family is keeping it open now.

Fresh bread, fresh meat and toppings, friendly and quick service, and reasonable prices. There wasnt a whole lot of meat on my sub, but I would definitely eat here again.
