First visit, 2 weeks ago, was nice. No wait to be seated, food order was correct and hot. Staff was courteous and social. I felt welcomed. Second visit today, November 15th, totally different experience. Crowded so I decided to sit at the bar. After sitting 10 minutes I decided to get the servers attention. Ordered my food, food served with minor discrepancy (no big deal). Afterwards, Lucas (my server) ignored the side of the bar that I sat on for so long, after I got his attention again to pay for my food he took my card, then took another customers card, cashed his, took it back to him, left my card sitting on the counter by the register. Then after getting the other customers signature my card was finally ran. Place / food is good. I had a terrible experience with the server, Lucas.

Terrible service. Ordered take out, told 35 minutes. Gave them 45 to compensate for their notorious slowness. Went in, took my money and then had to wait 15 minutes to get my order, the whole time a manager walking around seeing me standind at the carry-out, but never bothering to ask if I have been helped. Then get home, food is cold. How long does it take to box an order, evidently 15 or more minutes at this place. To top it off, order was wrong. Wont spend any money there ever again, so bw3 you likely lost a few thousand in lost revenue from me for the lack of service and complete disregard of your manager.

I absolutely loved working at Buffalo Wild Wings but as a customer for me I have a love/ hate relationship. The friends I have made there make the experience worth it not to mention I love sports an now I can sit at the bar being I am no longer an employee which is great. However, therere some who stand around and just talk, text on their phones rather then just interacting with the customers as they should be doing. The professionalism of some are absolutely disrespectful and should have been let go a very long time ago. However, overall good food and the bar experience is always great.

Inferior to any other BWWs weve been to. Wings had a lot of fat and were undercooked. Management seemed overwhelemed as did servers. Order was way off from what we actually ordered. Seems they just arent well trained here kitchen to table? You go to a chain because of the consistency you expect between locations only to find this location is doing it wrong and expectations fall flat. Will give second chance in a few months. Come on Etown BWWs step up and live up to the chain standard, we want to be regulars!

Tonight at this restaurants, we had the best service that we have ever had. AUSTIN was our server and not only was he present, attentive, and avalible, we never had to ask for a thing. Drinks stayed full. Food was put quick, hot and fresh. LINDSAY, despite not being our server, stopped by many times to make sure that our experience was an enjoyable one and was most definitely a team player when it came to helping her coworkers. We will definitely be visiting this location in the future.

The TV volume does not make a pleasant dining experience. In order to have a conversation with your table, you have to yell to be heard. More people are talking than listening to TV, so why the need to have the volume so loud? Not family friendly. Food is adequate. I understand youre a sports bar. But its not championship games every night. In addition, other BWW Ive been in dont have the volume so high. Will add to list of restaurants not worthy of my business.

Service is terrible and food wasnt great, but the most unbelievable part is we used a GIFT CARD and it was run twice. We didnt know it at the time but when we figured it out, I went and talked to management. They said they would find the receipts and call me back in a couple of hours. 3 weeks later and still NO CALL!!! If you go there DOUBLE CHECK YOUR GIFT CARD AND ALSO CREDIT CARD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Waited 45 min to get a table. When food finally came, it was mostly wrong (not what we ordered). We asked for extra sauce and napkins that never came, we had to ask another server to get it. The wings was too salty, the burgers were dry, and the fries was burnt. This does not live up to the other Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever visited. Never coming back here again. Disappointing!

Once I saw the no firearms allowed sign on the door I left. Any buisness that does not allow people to legally protect their family will not have me as a customer. I have a license to carry and do it with respect and discretion to the point no one would know I had it on me. The signs are just asking for a criminal (who wont obey the sign) to do something horrible there.

Worse service ever... I never received or was asked for a refill nor was anyone at our table. Food was ok but we couldnt of told anyone that due to our waitress disappearing. Our waitress took our order and we didnt see her again until 15 minutes after we were finished eating when she returned with the bill. Horrible, Ill take my business to Wings and Rings.

The food was ok.. but I often sit and ponder why I thought blazing wings was a good idea. It scalded my pooper and it has not forgiven me since. The service was decent.. When you order a drink you get free ice. Some places charge you for ice. But these people dont. Would have been 5 star but I didnt have to wear a tuxedo and I couldnt keep the tablet.

Was seated immediately by a very nice person. Waited over 10 minutes after being seated and watched several waitresses take care of tables around me and never even looked my way. After about 15 minutes of being ignored I walked out. This was my first and last visit. I had hoped this location would be a bit different than others I have visited. It wasnt.

Great service! Tentative was so nice to my granddaughter went overboard to make her happy explaining to her what all games she can play now for free. Lexi was disappointed but she showed her a couple fun ones and she liked them. The food was great and just on time for our one hurrying for her lunch break ! Awesome

Get your employees to park somewhere besides the dead front of your establishment. It congests the parking lot and makes driving by potential customers think your restaurant is overcrowded. Food is standard to the franchise. Seems to draw a younger and louder audience than Ive seen at other BWWs.

I LOVE BDUBS THURSDAYS ARE THE BEST DAY TO GET CHEAP BONELESS EINGS. I RECOMMEND THE BUFFALO DRY SEASONING BONELESS WITH RANCH OR DEFINITELY GET THE HONEY BARBEQUE WINGS, WHICH ARE GOOD WITH RANCH TOO! WATCHING SPORTS AND HAVING A GOOD TIME WITH PEOPLE/COMMUNITY-BDUBS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!

Yes the wait was long but that was expected. I mean come on its buffalo wild wings in Elizabethtown lol of course the wait is going to be long. The service was decent as I learned they are still training but the food was WONDERFUL! I will be bringing my family back again! GO BDUBS!!
