Do not eat at this place. My husband and I ordered one big box and one chalupa and one Doritos Locos taco. After 20 minutes and watching others who ordered after is receive their food I asked where our food was and they said that they were sorry and would get our food to is shortly. 10 minutes after that we got our cold food. His burrito had a hole in the side of it our tacos were broken and my chalupa was greasy and rubbery. My experience here was undeniably horrible.

Really hit and miss. Sometimes its great sometimes its not. Depends on whos working. I last saw a younger employee flop my crunchwrap surpreme and he wrapped it and served it to me while i was watching. Somehow he was okay with that. I didnt make a complaint because i was kind of in a rush, but nevertheless unacceptable in any line of the food industry. I will say that recently that the quality here has declined over the last year overall.

Had a horrible service the crew members an managers were all yelling an screaming cussing yelled suck my d*** they closed the front down at 10:55 an the lobby dosnt close until 12 am I am very disappointed my food was not right an cold Im not happy at all with the service I received there tonight probably wont return on this shift again to bad cause I love taco bell

The play place for kids is a nice way to let the kids play their energy out and its free. When our kids were still at that age we would buy just drinks and let them play for hours often being the only kids in there. Definitely not busy ever and the food is good. Three different restaurants to choose from.

Ive given this place multiple chances. But Im done giving them my money. They ALWAYS claim to be out of food. And out of the 4 times Ive been there in the last month, my average wait time is 17 minutes. They need restaffed and under new management.

Went through the drive thru & was given the wrong sauce so we very nicely said we would like to exchange them & the employee said she couldnt taken them bk & she threw them all down on the cement outside the drive through window. Very rude
