My family and I were at your store between 7:00 and 8:00 this evening. I am sad to say it was not to our expectations tonight. When we arrived we were told to sit anywhere we wanted. We found a spot sat and waited for a good 15-20 minutes before the server even came to take our drink order. At the same time she was handing plates and menus asking if we knew what we wanted. We placed our order and waited a good 10 or so minutes before finally receiving our drinks. Soon we received our order. Not one time did she come and check on us or even offer to see if we needed more to drink. However I do understand that she may have been new and still learning. The store was not even busy while we were there.

The first time I ate here it was on valentines day this year. My order took an hour was wrong pizza was burnt and the delivery guy forgot my drink. Second time wrong order delivery driver forgot pen. Third time which would be tonight wrong order again. Also this location has not updated their covered radius in lafayette. The online app says they dont deliver to my apartments therefore Im not even eligible for any deals. Definitely needs new management.

Really bad service. Not friendly, not helpful, not good at all! Gave it two chances...and both times, it was really terrible service! First time, someone played the jukebox and there was a family at the booth behind it, and someone RAN into their booth to turn the volume down! If you are going to party while closing the night before, remember to do this before you leave!

Called them , made my order then she tells me they only have crispy thin crust, I did that last time they told me that got the thin crust was like eating cardboard, not ever again, how do u run out of crust u r a pizza place and if u can make a thin crust why not a toss pizza there both made out of dough!!!! Very frustrated very bad service......

Took awhile to be seated, waitress kept walking by ignoring us. Food was horrible, got the stuffed crust and it was good but the pizza was horrible and way too greasy. Salad bar looked like a disaster and the floor was not clean. I would not recommend anyone eating at that establishment.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Who serves half a table their food and by the time they are done eating, still doesnt bring out the other peoples food until someone goes and asks about it? Really bad service. The cooks dont wear gloves when preparing the food. Ewww gross. Wont be back.

Service was ok refilled everyones drink but mine even though mi e was pretty much gone (I had water) pizza was ok it was fresh and the tables were sticky and it just didnt seem to be clean there was food on the floor by the buffet I just felt that it could have been a bit cleaner

I cant eat most of the food here anymore because of stomach issues, but I stopped in for a salad yesterday. The service has always been amazing. There is one waitress there that is the best waitress Ive ever had, and the manager has always treated me extremely well.

Needs whole new staff, its just a bunch of irresponsible kids trying and failing miserably to run a business. They place was dirty, the diningroom lacked much attention, waitress wasnt any good... It was an all together bad experience...And a collosal disappointment

This place is a joke. They took the salad bar down and shut the oven off an hour before closing, the tea was sour and it took 30 minutes get our drinks. Waitress has poor excuses for everythin . Never going back

Not very clean, confused atmosphere, and inattentive, antisocial employees. The pizza is okay, and their wings are fairly good, but the cost does not reflect the quality in this case.
