Wish you could give 0 stars. Is it really that hard to do your jobs? My husband made the mistake of going to your store! I will drive a little further just to get things made right. The manager and owner of this store ought to be ashamed of the lack of quality in your store. My orange julius tasted like o.j. concentrate...follow a recipe if you dont know how to make it. My sons banana split blizzard has brown strawberries, which my husband asked about. He was told that was normal. REALLY? It seems like if you have more than 2 brain cells, youre overqualified to work there. I have never had a good experience at this store. Either the people dont know what theyre doing, it takes forever, or both. And that includes managers. Do you (the owner), not care enough about your business to make sure that your employees are trained properly? Again, including management. I have been in restaurant management for close to 25 years, and I would be too embarrassed to work at this establishment without shutting it down completely and take the time and money to properly train all the employees before letting them serve the public. In the end, your profits will increase because more people will come there for good food and service. Dont you want bad reviews of your store to stop? Mine isnt close to being the only bad one, just the longest. Dont like paying for something I cant or wont eat/ drink.

Wish there was an option for negative 10 stars! So this restaurant thinks its ok to not wear gloves as long as the wash their hands regularly. I went there today around 10:30 am, as I was ordering I looked in the back and both gentlemen were not wearing glives, what made it worse is the one who was getting the buns for my burger touched his butt right before he got the burger buns. I asked the cashier if they were supposed to wear gloves and I was told no because they was their hands requlary! I spike with the DQ in Benton on Main St and the DQ in Paducah and both DQS told me that yes gloves are supposed to be worn! This just sickens me! My aunt was in there September 9th and she got a picture of the guy not wearing gloves then and the manager didnt care that day!!!! If you want to take the chance be my guest, but I will definitely not be giving them a 3rd try

I would avoid this place if you are hungry. We order our food on the go and we ordered 2 - 4 piece chicken dinner. The Texas toast was butter soaked bread, the fries tasted cold and 20-30 minutes old. One thing good is that our Shih-tzu did eat the chicken once we took the breading off of them. I didnt eat the ice cream and how can you ruin that. That is the only reason I didnt give them a 1 star.

Ordered chicken strip basket and the fries were so greasy and stuck together I couldnt eat them. The Texas toast was so hard and burnt it wasnt edible either. Called to complain and nobody answered the phone. Taking this garbage in tomorrow to show them how awful it is.
