They lied about putting a credit on my account, and when I called and tried to use it, they said, "sorry we dont show a credit". While I was trying to fix the issue with the employee, the manager grabbed the phone from her and asked "maam, whats the problem" in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I explained the situation and she said, "there is no credit and all we can do is offer you a $10 dollar credit. I asked to speak to someone else, she rudely told me to call and talk to her boss the next day. Since then, Ive contacted corporate and they are working on fixing this issue. They lack moral and ethical values and they are very rude to their customers. This isnt the first occasion that Ive had problems with them. The food usually has issues, either missing toppings, barely any cheese (even when you pay extra for extra cheese), and the last time I ordered the pizza, it seemed to have been sitting out for a very long time -and it was cold/dried out-.

Horrible horrible, they take forever to answer the phone and they sometimes take forever to get to your home, once they pizza arrives it is cold, horrible service, the worst place is Floyd pizza hut, I waited on the phone for 30mins, I eventually hung up, they lost a customer and I ordered from dominos instead.

Theyre pretty fast & efficient, and they make the best thin-crust pizzas in town (though thats not saying much). Pizza Hut pizzas arent as tasty as they used to be, but theyre better than the other chain pizzas. Be careful with phone orders--the staff doesnt always understand their own specials very well.

You might as well order carry out online if youre gonna order at all...I waited on the phone for over 10 min with no answer... and as far as dine in goes... our server, who was a manager was rude and made it very obvious she didnt want to be there... our service was absolutely awful...

After being safeserv certified I know plenty about the quality of food, even at fast food restaurants. But the service I recieved was absolutely terrible cold pizza, missing food, and terrible servers. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Every time I order it takes way longer then they say and they screw my order up not like the pizza huts at home in Florida definately they suck. This is the last time I ever order from there crappy establishment

This place gives me a bad feel when paying. They make it very difficult to pay with a check, but are all about taking my credit card information. Think Ill stick with Papa Johns.

I always do online carryout through them, since they are so close to campus. Very fast and efficient, and some really good deals most of the time. Very tasty food.

You might as well drink milk and poop on artificial preservative bread then put salt and sugar on it. Then act indifferent and you will have Pizza Hut food.
