Love the food, but they tend to try and charge for extra veggies ($1) for a chicken burrito when you say combo burrito (chicken with veggies) to the person who is making your burrito. Just had a cashier refuse to correct that when it was loud and clear. Not sure why I have a problem with this location for that vs. other locations. I wonder how many people they have done that to get extra bucks.

I dont usually go to this location and this will be the last time I go to this location. They charged me almost $2.00 more then my usual location does for the exact same thing I get every time I go to Poncheros. Then my burrito was not even warm. The ladies there are not friendly either.

Good food. But every time I dine in, at this particular restaurant, the music is so loud its hard to think straight. This last time I asked the workers to turn it down and they went to the back but never turned it down.

Great food and all, but if your going to eat there, make sure you have google translate handy. I have nothing against Hispanics but at least know English well enough to communicate with your customers effectively.

This Pancheros is objectively the best in the United States. I have never had a bad experience here. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly, and they play good music.
