Went out to dinner with a coworker last night. Waitress seemed like she was just going through the motions, didnt initiate any conversation or reciprocate when we tried to start a convo. Food was good, not impressed with the appetizers. They definitely came from a box, which I should have assumed. We were seated nearest to the front counter and the waitresses were having personal discussions, cursing without any concern that customers could hear them. Our waitress dropped off our food, and in less than a minute came back to ask how things were tasting, as she dropped the bill on the table. Seemed like she would rather be anywhere else at the time. Overall not a terrible experience but as someone who works one on one with customers in a tipping industry, I was very unimpressed with the service our waitress gave. The girl who rang us up was much more enthusiastic and personable.

It took forever to order our food. Waitress was nice, food was left to be desired for sure. Salmon was bland, the sausage had something in it that cut my husband gums. Kids meals seemed fine. Our waitress disappeared after our food came. We had to ask someone to track her down as we told her we would need a kids meal to go. She never returned to take order so I told the lady that came that I needed one. They brought me a adult meal:/ Charged us for it until we complained about it. I was happy to pay for the kids meal but not the adult one as I didnt order that. The only good thing that came a out was they gave us 50% off our check.

My husband and I ate there last night and all was fine until our order arrived. Mine was not what I ordered and the waiter insisted that particular order was no longer on the menu. After showing him the the order on the menu, his only response was that he must have misunderstood. About 5 minutes later he offered me some eggs or something. I declined his offer. My husband ordered pancakes with his dish. Guess what??? No syrup! He couldnt catch the attention of the waiter for at least 10 minutes. Yum! Cold pancakes and syrup, finally. We wont be back

Today I went in to get some muffins. Then my friends and I split the buy 3 get 3 free deal. While the muffins were pretty good the service was sub par. Just because we were teenagers they treated us differently and I think that is very rude and inconsiderate of them. Just because we may not have been able to tip as high, or order more expensive food that should not dictate how they treat customers.

The place had some visitors, but wasnt crowded. It took an extraordinarily long time until anyone got food. When we got our food, we were beyond disappointed. The food wasnt served as described in the menu, mostly cold and tasteless. And they tried to overcharge is on top of that as they accidentally added someone elses order on top of ours. We should have just walked out of it right away.

This place is in rough shape. Just wanted to get some late night pie and they were out of everything. No cherry pie, no apple, no chocolate chip cookies, and very little ice cream. Our waiter said the freezer broke and they lost all the pie, yet the waitress to the next table said the food vendor was on strike. It was a rough experience.

Was told breakfast was good, but got dinner instead. The turkey sandwich was just... meh but the appetizers were really tasty. I recommend the appetizers and possibly breakfast but do NOT get dinner items. Youve been warned. Also note that the servers are slow as hell. 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes... Riiiight.

I heard the manager say to some one "I need to be spanked" after talking about a pie. We waited forever with our screaming baby for food. They never offered something quick for him while we were waiting. When we finally got our food it was cold and the server just threw it down on the table. We will not go back.

All of our food was cold, even the chicken strips that usually take forever to eat because theyre hot for so long. I ordered my eggs over medium, the whites of the eggs were even sloppy. It was so bad that I actually asked for new ones...They came out exactly the same. Yuck.

I love Perkins. Breakfast is easy, usually it takes a while to get it out, but it always taste great. Today was different. Joni was amazing. Juices out in 3 minutes, food out in 5. Everything, bacon, eggs, hash browns cooked to my perfect. Wonderful start to the morning.

If I could give zero I would. I got off the phone calling in a carry out order at 315 am. I was told ten minutes. It took 37 minutes for my order. And there was only one table sat in the restaurant, and they already had their food. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Fast and courteous service. Been here 3 times in last month. I like the great plate menu 4 to 8 $ menu . Just right size. I eat breakfast only though my teenage son eats the talipia and likes. Only downside is the parking lot. Needs to be repaired. Few potholes.

The new menu offers healthy choices and reports the number of calories per serving. Our waitress was especially friendly. The food was served hot and direct from the kitchen. My choice for the day - beef tips with red peppers, onions, potatoes and beef gravy!

We came here at 1am and the restaurant was running like a well oiled machine. The shift leader, 1 waitress and the kitchen staff ran like clockwork. The food was fast and fresh. If I was ever the be in the area again, I would stop here.

Ordered the appetizer sampler with chicken strips (2) and fries. It was awesome and less expensive than the chicken strips dinner. It was super busy the night we were there, but our server was friendly and didnt seem overly stressed.

Food was good, but waiter only came by to give drinks once and food. Waited 30 min for Bill, just waiting and eventually went up and left. Never had service so bad. No refills, no checking on how food was no nothing.

I find any Perkins to be a basic. However, in this case it was a little disappointing. My waffle was crisp. My eggs, scrambled, were so flat I didnt believe they were real, and they barely tasted like eggs.

Perkins is a great place to have a meal or just coffee and desert. The staff are very nice and helpful. Almost every time in at Perkins, the bathrooms are spotless. Great place to take your family or friends.

The service was very good. We were quite pleased. But the biscuits with breakfast were bone-dry. Reminds you of the ones you can buy at the warehouse stores. Bland. Dry. Mealy. Cardboard box of 100.

Understaffed for breakfast. Waited 15 minutes only saw 2 waitresses and was never asked for drinks and left when people who showed up after us got drinks and ordered.
