Wow...this place. I called ahead to order three meals--two sandwiches and a chicken quesadilla. When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw my order sitting behind the counter, and I gave them my phone so they could apply an online coupon I received. Even though my food was sitting there, and I was attempting to pay, they decided to take care of a man who came in after me to place a takeout order. Five minutes later, the transaction was completed, and I went out to my car where I inspected the order. Each meal was wrong. Neither of the sandwiches was correct, two of the three sides were wrong, and ALL three of the sauces I ordered on the side were wrong. I went back inside and went over two or three times how each order was incorrect (this was fine as I really just wanted them to get it corrected). Once it seemed as though they had it right, I was told they would be remaking everything. The gentleman behind the counter apologized, and was so kind as to tell me I wouldnt have to pay again. Um, what? All I could do was kind of laugh and say that I should expect not as I obviously was not going to pay twice just to get the order I had placed. When the food finally came back, he opened each to go box, and it mostly looked correct, except for the little cup of sauce for one of the sandwiches. I had ordered the garlic parmesan buffalo for one of the sauces and plain garlic parmesan for another. I told him they both looked like the garlic parmesan and asked that he go get a garlic parmesan buffalo. He insisted that the two just looked exactly the same (they actually dont. The buffalo one looks like buffalo sauce. Its orange. The other looks like a buttery herb sauce, which is what it is). At that point, I had spent 25 minutes trying to get my carryout order, and I just wanted to get going. The food was all right, obviously the sauce is what I thought it was. The entrees were okay, two of the sides were fine, none of it exceptional. The only thing that was really bad were the sweet potato fries, which were cold and soggy. I had only been here once before, and the food and service were both great, but after this experience I will NEVER go back.

I have been to this establisment 3 times now, and ordered the same thing all 3 times. A burger medium with fixings. They never came out the same way twice. I ordered them medium, they came out just short of shoe leather well done. On my second visit, I spent a lot of time discussing this with the server to make sure it came out with some pink in it. Didnt happen. My wife very much like their Cilantro tomatoes. During our visit yesterday, they ran out, she waited for an additional 15 minutes to get them, and ended up with something that wasnt their standard fare. Service was another matter. Yesterday, the server literally threw the straws for our drinks on the table as she was walking away. She was extremely distracted and it wasnt until lthe restaraunt cleared out some that she finally started paying some attention to us. I did discuss my concerns with the manager on duty, and she was very apologetic. Im afraid that I dont buy her explanation though. They werent expecting to be so busy on Valentines day. Seriously? Personally, I think this place has the potential to be an outstanding eatery. The menu has a nice selection. If management can get the kitchen to put out the same food consistenly, it will be great. It will be some time before I go back and try again. Hopefully by that time they will have worked out their consistency issues.

The food is okay. I get better wings at a bar and the burgers are okay, obviously better at a burger joint. The third time we went we went for the hot wing challenge. The drawings were monthly and we were the only name in the box apparently for two months but refused to award us because we are the only name in the box. We do not recommend you do the challenge. You receive nothing first off, no free food, no shirt, no nothing except your name in a box and then they will supposedly do a drawing to see if you win but they dont actually draw names. Based on that Id give it one star but the extra two is for the decent waitstaff (the last girl was so nice) and the okay food. Not bad but not the best. Okay place to go if youre hungry though

If I could give it a lower one I would. Went to lunch there today and 1 hour and 45 minutes later we finally left! The service was absolutely horrible! And they just kempt coming by saying just 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes. We had a 7 and 10 year old with us and they were hungry, but were very good during this whole mess. Saw several tables just got up an left because of the wait. Told our server that granted it wasnt her fault but after wait over an hour for our food, that something should be done about it. Oh, we got free dessert! For as long as we had to wait for our food, and even our bill, that took 10 minutes so in the "h" is going to wait for dessert.

First time my wife and I have eaten there, and it was great! Somewhat busy during lunch on a Friday, but we were seated fast and given prompt attention. You can sample any of their sauces and we tried 6 I think, all good. Food was fast, wait staff checked with us often and just a great place, clean, good atmosphere, not overly loud, etc. If you like garlic parmesan, youre in for a treat. Definitely going back to try other wing sauces!

A perfect evening for light fresh food on the patio! We enjoyed sitting slightly outside, enjoying Mahi-Mahi Tacos with a light shredded lettuce slaw, Seared Ahi tacos with a wasabi-ginger sauce over thinly sliced cabbage, fresh tomatoes in cilantro and some broccoli parm! This was the perfect light meal, excellent with refreshing drinks, and the perfect environment. Exactly what we were hoping for!

Service is usually hit or miss. Today was a good day. Food is usually very good. I had the cuban sandwich which was great. The only mistake was one of my coworkers ordered broccoli with her sandwich and they gave her fries instead. They did bring it but when I got the bill, I saw that they also charged for it. I pointed it out and he took care of it.

I ate here toward the end of June in 2015. Place looked great until I was halfway through my meal and noticed it was someone elses meal before me when I saw "a bite" was taken out of something I was getting ready to eat. I felt sick to my stomach, so I just snuck out of the place without paying. Wont EVER be going here again...

Food is always very good here! If you are going for the food, do it! Service is really bad....we have sat down a few times and waited over 15 min and no one came over to our table. We then got up and left and no one even noticed. So if you are going here dont be surprised about the bad service. Other than that food is delish!
