The worst, most overpriced food I have ever paid for. This place will never last and will be yet another empty, failed business in Shelbyville. The word is already out not to go there. The food is priced way too high and isnt even good. My husband sent his overcooked cardboard sandwich that they called a cheeseburger back(that was like $10) and had it taken off our bill. They offered him something different but we had already waited for over a half hour to get everyone elses cold gross food and just wanted to get out of there. With his food taken off, for a family of four with 2 of them kids (4and9) the bill was $50 and I had to still go home and cook. Will never go there again. Oh, and dont go there expecting to have a conversation because the TVs are so loud you cant hear yourself think.(only gave it one star cause they wouldnt let me publish without giving one)

I try to be an understanding person. I dont rate or review based upon first impressions. Or, in this case, second or third impressions. However, when the fourth time I visit an establishment and the experience is the same I can only assume it is just how they do business. That being said, go to Applebees. The service at Buffalo Wild Wings is always atrocious. One wonders how the table service is so poor when there is a 2 to 1 wait staff to customer ratio. Waiting over 5 minutes for menus? Check. Waiting over 5 minutes for a drink at the bar? Check. Never receiving said drink? Check. Wondering where the check is 20 minutes after finishing the meal? Check. The only check that was not apparent was checking on their customers needs and satisfaction.

Do yourself a favor and drive the twenty minutes to Buffalo Wings and Rings in Greensburg. I am staying in Shelbyville and decided to give this local bw3 a visit. No hostess meant I waited ten minutes before seating myself at the bar. The bartender was the only redeaming factor, immediately taking my order and serving me a drink. I then waited half an hour to see the men next to me, who ordered after me be served their food. The manager stood at the end of the bar on their phone ignorant to the world. I then waited ten minutes to no avail. At which point I paid for the drink, tipped the only worthwhile employee and left. Currently sitting at Buffalo Wings and Rings and Ive already been served.

7/3/14Well first off this location doesnt even deserve 1 star..we Stopped at the Shelbyville location for lunch waited at least five minutes to be seated when there was maybe 10 people there. When finally got seated watched people who arrived after get there orders placed while we sat. The worst part about it was that there were five servers just standing around the cash register talking. So thanks I really wanted some wings.

This place has really turned around since open. the staff was very friendly and the food was very quick. Whatever they are doing they are on the right track to actually become a successful business. Overall it seems like a place I would continue going back to maybe everyone should give this place another chance. I agree when they first opened they had major issues but much better now thank you for the exceptional service.

We hadnt eaten here in a long time and gave it another try. It took well over a half hour to get our food and they werent even busy. When my sandwich arrived it was barely warm and the bun was rock hard. My husbands meal was completely messed up. I sent mine back and the manager took my sandwich off the bill. It was so *nice* (sarcasm) to sit there while my husband ate and twiddle my thumbs.

We havent been here in a long time due to bad service. Went last week. We got 4 kids meals and they charged us for 4 extra drinks when kids meals include drinks. Then i paid the $60 bill and it showed up on my bank statement for over $70. Went back and talked to Quinn, the manager and he stated he would take care of it. It has since been a week and nothing has been done. I wont be going back.

We had a little issue our waitress Lyndsay was very receptive to help. Matthew worked very diligently with Lyndsay to better our situation. I walked away knowing they did everything to help a customer. They have a nice and welcoming bar area. The servers known the menu and make awesome adult beverages. Id highly suggest stopping in and grabbing some garlic parmesan wings. A+

Ive been to alot of buffalo wild wings but this one was the worst. We stopped here on a very long road trip. Or waitress was awful, my food was cold and my fries were like cardboard. The only cool part were the other customers wearing trump t-shirts... Which made me think what would trump do? Hed buy that buffalo wild wings and make it great again.

Not a fan.... As the food and service was great, the lunch cooking crew is slower than slow. Twice I have been there for lunch and it took 45 minutes to get the food which at that time I had to get it to go. They need to speed things up for those who like to enjoy the food who have to get back to work. They are loosing a lot of business....

Great grub after a fun day of hard play at hidden paradise. Brayden was our waiter and he did a great job accommodating all our needs and questions of local attractions. Very polite and entertaining catered to our needs very well. Great job young man!

Manger ran an organized and efficient restaurant. Best waiter ever was Burt. He was able to predict our needs and have them there before we could ask. Feel free to ask for Burt you will not be disappointed. Great food prepared as ordered.

Service is very inconsistent at this location; Ive been served quickly on busy nights and waited 15 minutes for drinks on slow nights. Wings never seem to have enough sauce on them.
