It is very hard to give Vegas Cafe a star when we werent given the opportunity to even eat here. As we were coming into the establishment, we noticed that there was no one in the place. A person followed us in. He came from a group of gentlemen in chairs around the corner on the outside of the restaurant and went around the back of the counter. He asked if we were getting take-out. We told him we were planning to eat in the restaurant. He stated that the dining area was closed and only offered take-out. The sign on the door showed closing at 10:00 p.m. It was only 8:42 p.m. When does a restaurant close its dining area an hour and a half before your posted closing time? I would have to say one that the employees dont want the business, so they can have an easy night and leave the place early. We had been wanting to stop here for a while. I guess just like in Vegas, the odds of a good meal here were not in our favor. So, we our cashing in our chips on this place, just like they will be soon, if that is the way they are doing business.

I ordered the lasagna they came with a side salad two large drinks and the Paris Paris sandwich. The two sodas were about 3/4 of the way full one was diet but was not supposed to be. No dressing for the salad that comes with the lasagna. Food was cold, I had to warm it up in the microwave. I called as soon as the the delivery guy left, some kid answered and said a manager would call me back soon. Its now after 11 and the place is closed no solution or apology. Just FYI I have ordered here before and it was amazing. But since then quaility and business ethics have went down the drain.

If I could give them six stars, I would!! We visited the Vegas Cafe last week for a quick cup of coffee and it was amazing. We have been coming here daily since. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is fantastic. I highly recommend The Vegas Cafe to anyone that enjoys Starbucks as their coffee drinks are simply better and a little cheaper. Its always clean and the service is top notch.

great place to eat if you wanna start your day smelling like grease, i ordered a breakfest burrito, it was literally dripping with grease, i walked outta here very unsatisfied and i felt like i got robbed paying 7$ for grease, i coulda got a better breakfest at mcdonalds and my clothes smelled terrible cause for some reason they dident have the proper ventilation and smoke was everywhere

Food was pricey. To get fries with sandwich was $3.49 extra. But food was good. Workers are friendly. While there, saw a couple of people come in & leave without getting any food. Not sure if they saw prices. Is concerning the amount of business was low but maybe they are doing more with delivery or catering. Hopefully this will be restaurant that lasts.

I absolutely love the coffee here. So far, Ive had the cheesecake coffee and the snickers coffee. Both are delicious and honestly rival Starbucks in both quality and price, especially for the size. The green pepper soup was also very yummy and their sandwich choices are very colorful. All in all a good addition to the schererville strip.

Excellent food! The fruit blend smoothie is one of the best smoothies Ive ever had. Everyone working is always super friendly. Most definitely one of the better places to get food in the area.
