Extremely disappointed. Service was awful. We were 1 of 2 tables. Waited for straws an obsene amount of time, had to ask for refills that then took 10 minutes. Didnt have a pin to sign the check, waited a while for that. Didnt get a few sauces we asked for at all. The food was good except for the French dip. That was very dry and overcooked. Needless to say I was late back from an hour lunch. There is no reason for that. When you go into a restaurant for lunch the server needs to be prompt, accurate and understand that usually everyone has a limited amount of time. I will not be back unless service gets MUCH better.

I rarely do 1 star reviews, but... We had to wait 30 minutes in between rounds of drinks. It was a Friday night, but not so terribly busy that service was that bad. The server couldnt remember how to divide the three groups of a party of 7. A teacher at our table was asked to go help him divide the ticket at the computer. There also was no toilet paper in the ladies room. On the plus side, the TVs were on basketball games.

Terrible experience. Only one waitress looked like she knew what she was doing, which wasnt ours. I felt such empathy for a young couple next to us who was seated and ignored for twenty minutes. I read the womans lips as she said, "lets just go" and they walked out. We usually go to the other wing place in Plainfield, but the wait was over an hour today. Sadly, you couldve taken advantage of this by offering superior service.

Loved my experience here. We ordered some wings, curly fries, and cheese bites. Everything was delicious, and much higher quality than Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were sizable and they were very generous with the sauce. The service was fantastic as well, and the manager came by and asked us how our food was, which was nice. Definitely recommend this location.

Always seem to get good food here, however was very disappointed today. I ordered the new beer battered fish and chips. Highly disappointed when they just bring out and oversized fish stick. Its supposed to be cod battered in yuengling. Not even close and I am not even sure its cod. Also coleslaw needs alot of help. Well be back but ill stick with the regulars.

I come here pretty regularly, and I must say this is probably the best wing place Ive been to. The food is always fresh and the service is good, however, I would recommend not coming after 9pm. Every time we come at that time, we find the staff working the later shift are rude and the food is soggy and gross. Soild restaurant though.

Im a local semi-regular customer who visits after work for a snack and a few pints before heading home. They have Bells Two-Hearted Ale on tap which makes up for some lack of customer service and quality of kitchen staff. Wash it all down with some hops and go home happy. Solid 3 Star joint.

I go here frequently. Always good service, and the food is great. Good for family dining or adult- only outings. Lots of beer to choose from, and good mixed drink options, as well. Menu offers much more than wings, but thats obviously the go-to.

Came last week and this week for 59¢ wings on Monday. Same deal both weeks, order 20 wings, get 18. Gave them the benefit of the doubt last week. But after today its a total scam. I wonder how many people they do that to a day.

Much brighter than the Wings in Avon, this one doesnt seem like some seedy bar. Friendly staff, food was very good. Probably the best prepared "Wall" Sauce I have had at any Wings location

The wings are amazing! You can choose between 19 sauces my favorite is hot buffalo and Jerk barbecue yummy. The wing a better than BWWS. Great place for a girls or a guys night out.
