Very disappointed in their product (cupcakes and Pat-A-Cakes). Product was misrepresented over the phone twice. (Lack of talent in the decorating aspect, and poor presentation (icing dripped/bled down sides and stuck to box liner and the talent of the decorator would make you think this was her first order). I called the following business day to voice my disappointment and was told they would issue a full refund in store credit (which would have been great and the end of my displeasure). When I drove (20 miles round-trip) to pick up the store credit and treat my family to some other goodies, I was handed a credit for 30%. I found out I was talking to the owner while at the store and realized that she neither cared about my displeasure in her product or that that I was repeatedly told inaccurate things over the phone by her employees.

I am very disappointed in the cake I bought from them for my sons birthday. It was $43 for a 1/4 cake that looked like a child made it. It was very thin and more icing than the cake. It was horrible in every way. I dont recommend this place for anyone.

Weve used this bakery twice for private events; the cupcakes and cookies are wonderful... Cake balls are absolutely fantastic. I am sorry to say, the service is the lone sour note - the staff had the personality and attentiveness of a wet blanket.

Hours make it difficult to shop there. Selection varies, sometimes do not have regular chocolate chip cookies. Heavily iced cookies taste like they were baked several days ahead.

First visit today- good selection of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Just had a cupcake and it was outstanding (Chocolate/Chocolate). Reasonable prices and I will certainly return.
