My friends and I decided to take different route for getting food at Qdoba. Instead of going to the location and ordering, we used the online ordering service and set a time for pickup. We selected our options online, made them very specific, paid online, and showed up at the location 15 minutes later. When we arrived, the employees seemed to be confused about the online order pickup -- it looked as if they had never done it before -- but our orders were ready and on the counter for us. They asked us if we were the three people who ordered online. We said yes and checked on our food to see if they did it right. All three orders were correct and were still piping hot -- even the highly complicated Mexican Gumbo order my friend created. We were given a free bag of chips "for the hassle" they said, but there was almost no hassle at all. We were supremely happy to see how well the employees handled our food with only 15 minutes to prepare all three orders.

I have been to several Qdobas and this was the worst service Ive ever gotten. The work was sloppy and rushed. I requested for food to be added to my quesadilla and was told that it was impossible, when that is the only way I have ever ordered food at any other Qdoba. The employees were disheveled and unprofessional. This location needs serious training and upgrading. I do not plan on returning.

I love the breakfast burrito... They had a guy that worked there that was awesome years back...The have expanded the offerings of small add-ons (which are free) to the topping choices... They really set the bar. The breakfast burritos are amazing... the price is right on the cusp of just a little too expensive. Luckily you can find coupons from time to time which make it much more affordable.

The manager Stephanie was polite and patient! I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help my kids find something their picky selves would eat! I was annoyed but her smile remained and I appreciated her patience! Kudos Stephanie!

Seriously best burrito in muncie hands down. I love eating here I dont have to worry about anything being undercooked and the manager and staff are always really nice. Give this place a go and enjoy yourself.
