Where to even begin.... I dont even know why they advertise for Hot N Readys. I dont think any time Ive every been there they have actually had any available. Just like today, I go through the drive thru, waited almost 15 min AT the window for someone to even come over and acknowledge that I was there, I order 3 Hot N Readys, and 2 crazy bread....and Im told there will be a 20 minute wait. The guy states they are understaffed and thats why there arent any ready... yet they NEVER have any ready, and ALWAYS say they are understaffed, not just today, plus the customer service was absolutely horrible, AND then after alllllll the wait, my order ended up being wrong. I didnt dare walk in and tell them that....that would have been another hour!

Just went they drive thru to try the new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, they tell me they are out of the dough and it will be 20-25mins. I didnt have time to wait so I ordered 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and a two liter, I get home and I have 1pepperoni and 1 cheese and a huge argument between 4 kids all wanting pepperoni, the ones already disappointed about not getting the pizza they wanted, so I call and the girl answers the phone would you like to try our new stuffed crust pizza so I tell her no I was just there and you are out of the dough but...and she hung up on me, I tried to call back and theres just a loud beeping on the line. Good customer service and availability of products is lacking greatly.

If I could give zero stars I would! Every time we come here and order just a cheese pizza which is suppose to be hot and ready. Its always a 6 to 8 minute wait because its never ready. They are always out! Which is annoying considering they advertise hot and ready. The younger kids that work here are not about customer service or cleanliness. This evening everything I tried to order was out. Which seems odd because they are not busy. Most likely not busy because of this continuous occurrence. Best advice pay the extra for other pizza. Better service and better pizza with the same wait.

I come here because it is supposed to be fast. The pizza isnt even that good. I have waited on three different occasions for over 30 minutes to get what I ordered. One of those times the employee that I asked what was taking so long was extremely rude. I will no longer come to this location. We have the other pizza places around and the pizza is better and the wait isnt as long.

Little Caesars Hot and ready in 20 minutes. Last night we pulled in with 3 cars in front of us ordered 29 minutes later. two weeks ago pulled in ordered was told to pull around 20 minutes later im going inside ask where my pizza. Next time its hot and ready at Pizza Hut.

Terrible service, unhelpful bitchy workers, they messed up 2/3 of our pizzas that we waited 40 MINUTES for. FAST AND READY MY ASS. Never will I go to the Lawrenceburg location again....

This store never has stuff ready at noon. 3 out of 5 times you have to wait. If you do get the food its pretty darn good.
