If you want your food in less than 20 minutes, go somewhere else. This Dairy Queen is less than 10 minutes from my house, but every time I go there I always end up waiting longer than the drive there and the drive back. Today, I pulled up to the speaker at 2:04, said hello and waited for ten minutes for someone to apologize for my wait and ask for my order. I quickly give it to them and without reading it back or anything they just tell me "aight pull up". You cant give me my total?? Repeat my order back to me so I know you have it right?? Anywho, so I pull up and I am the third car in line at 2:15 (there is only room in the drive thru for three cars after the speaker). I am still the third car in line at 2:20. 2:25, no change. 3:30, I left. Why should you ever spend 30 minutes in a drive thru!!! Im not a self proclaimed genius or anything, but if you take everyones orders right when they pull up to the speaker, cant you start making their food immediately instead of having a insanely long drive thru time. While I was in line today I saw 4 customer behind me back out and leave, and after seeing how many others gave up I had no choice but to do the same. They had already taken my order 10-15 minutes before I left and they didnt even pull up a single car. How can you not help a single customer in 30 minutes? This store employs nothing but lazy teenagers and ghetto trash, this restaurant should either be closed or entirely re-staffed.

Hours posted on the door are mere suggestions to the night crew, apparently. My very first experience with this particular DQ, since moving to within a tempting distance two years ago, involved a staff member arguing with me about what time the restaurant actually closes, as opposed to what was printed on the door. Months later, they finally changed the hours on the door to indicate that the lobby closes a half-hour before closing, leaving only the drive-thru open. OK, fine, but I cant tell you how many times Ive gotten there 10-15 minutes before the lobby closes, only to find the door locked and be told that Ill have to get back in my car to use the drive-thru. It happened again tonight, but this time, instead of playing their silly little game, I got back in my car and drove to Culvers.

I dined in. Was certainly disappointed that every table had finger print smudges on the table. I see that its a hang out place for the local teens as such, but not to allow me the experience to have not one visual clean table full of smudges. Made me feel like this was their usual lazy work ethic. Not wiping down tables at all. Just plain unsanitary conditions practiced. And I do observe everything as guidelines for proper hand washing before preparing food. I just was not pleased. The one star was too generous. This store has went downhill. The store was remodeled and new owners. But that is all a misconception. Old owners better. Old building had terrific food.

On my one and only visit to this DQ I experienced the worst service of any Dairy Queen ever. They were terribly slow (it took all of 10mins to get to the window only 1 car back) and just plain unprofessional. Ordered a strawberry malt, but it was basically just water. So we asked for another and the girl at the windows happily obliged...only to give us the same malt as if we wouldnt noticed. I recommend everyone steer clear of this piece of utter crap.

The girl who was at the window had a dirty sweatshirt on. It looked like she smeared poop on her , snot on her sleeves, her strings on her sweatshirt had brown dirt on it. She wipped some of my drink on the side of it and handed it to me like it was ok. I was so grossed out I didnt even drink my freeze. Seriously get your workers under control. They look dirty and unkept like they crawled out a toilet. Never coming back

So slow! Every time we go there I wait 20 minutes or more for my food. Even something as small as a mini Oreo blizzard for my child. Imagine my frustration with an impatient child! Worth driving to the one on Pendleton Pike. Better attitudes at that store than this one too.

Horrible costumer service. The manager, Jeff isnt qualified for the position. Over charged, messed up my order TWICE, and refused to give me a valid receipt. I will never try dairy queen again thanks to Jeff and his incompetent employees.
