Horrible service! Party of three wait wasnt too long. However, 3 small parties were waiting and a large party walked in and got set right away. Had to wait 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us. Then another 10 minutes for her to return with our drinks. Been here an hour now. No food and no refills! Completely the worst service in the restaurant business! Manager was busing tables and never once said anything to us! Dont come here if you are in a hurry!

Horrible service!!! Me and my mom went today and my mother hesitated for one second on what drink she wanted and the waitress said "alright well bye" and she walked away. We waited 20 minutes and we didnt even get a drink. I even got dirty looks from the waiters and waitresses because of what seemed to be my acne. The last time I went I found a ball of human hair in my food and it took 1 hour to even get the food. I dont recommend going to Bob Evans

Horrible service. It was not even busy, out waters was standing around, toke forever to do anything, messed up at $20 check adding things we never even got. Tonya was out waitress, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Im usually not one to review but this angerd me greatly. She couldnt even fix out check I ended up paying for 4 coffees and an omlet I didnt order... Extremely disipointed

Way to drop the ball this morning they call two time to make sure the order was in and the called this morning told them it had to be cash and you didnt even have it started but Im glad that chick-fil-a pick up the ball and ran with it got 500 sandwich done in half a hour on top of all their regular customers. Thanks chick-fil-a.

Very disappointed in the way that I was charged for food not received and then instead of receiving a refund I am offered in store credit. This is very unprofessional. When I called Randy the manager he stated there was nothing he could do and hung the phone up on me. My family use to go here every Sunday till today.

Usually we get served right away but not this time. Food was good. Went to pay and had a coupon but it was a future use coupon ( I took the wrong coupon). I would think they would take it, but the cashier did not. That is not good customer service to me. Just sayin

I ordered breakfast for dinner. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and hotcakes. The food was good and the facility was bright and clean. The evening staff was not as friendly as I have experienced with the morning staff, but overall it was a good experience.
