My friends and I come to this location often. We usually dont find anything wrong with it. The food is great (with the exception of the fries), and the service is usually pretty alright. Well tonight, we had the absolute pleasure (HIGH sarcasm) to have Willie as our server. All 16 of us were seated at around 7:10 PM. It was a Hawks game night, but it was not that busy. Easily less than half of the restaurant was filled. After about 4-5 minutes, Willie greeted us to inform us that hed be right back. 20 minutes later (it is now appox. 7:35), he came to take our DRINK orders. We told him we were ready to order now, so he made his way around our table to get our orders. After finally getting our orders, he left to get our drinks. We got our drinks (mind you, 75% of the table JUST GOT WATER) at 7:51 PM. A full 41 minutes after being seated. During these 41 minutes, he came to our table ONCE: to inform us that our food would be here shortly (which was an absolute joke, because in actuality, our food wouldnt be arriving for another 30 minutes). We got our food at around 8:20. We ate, whatever. Then I asked for our checks (because he seemed to be avoiding our table. And also, note the plural, checkS). He came back with ONE check. Really? You honestly thought that 16 college students were going to pay TOGETHER??? When I politely asked for separate checks, he scoffed, rolled his eyes at me, and said, "You couldnt have told me that BEFORE?" Oh, Im sorry you have to do your job, Willie. Must be tough. So rather than getting separate checks, he went around and labeled us to whichever part of the check we were, and told us to come up to the counter to pay. It is now 9:00 on the dot. I went up first and payed. I gave him my card (I had a total of $11.87). Now, what did Willie do (because you know he cant seem to do anything right)? He charged $118 to my card. And then DIDNT tell me he charged $118 to my card. He just said, "I have to go get a manager. Stay here and dont leave." I comply, and then look over at the screen to find out what he did. He finally came back and said everything was sorted out. I left at 9:13 PM. So now I sit here, writing this Google review, staring at my bank account statement waiting for it to return to normal, hoping that no one else has to deal with this poor excuse for a waiter.

I have had a very poor experience and gather illness from this specific location yesterday. After this I am staying away from Bdubs all in all. The preparation of my food was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered cheese fries yesterday as an appetizer, the waiter was kind of enough to bring them out. Then he took our dinner order, as we finished he collected the menus. While he collected them he dropped the menu into my fries.... longer than the five second rule as well. I then stared at the menu in my fries and then he picked it up and looked me in the eyes and said, "I am sorry about that sir." Collected the menu and left our table to place our orders. He came back on multiple occasions and still did not replace my fries. So being the person that I am I didnt want to waste food or be charged for something that I didnt even eat from being grossed out. So I began to eat a select few from the siding of the tray where I felt I would be somewhat out of harms way. I shouldnt have done that, because I am now ill. But as I ate I came to a clump of cheese, fries, and..... Bacon. I am highly allergic to bacon so I immediately stopped there. This time when the waiter came back, I told him about the bacon and he finally replaced them.

Poor customer service. I called in my order and when I got there, I walked in with another woman in front of me. The girl behind the counter took the womans name and offered to sign her up for the rewards program and said it only took a couple of second. The girl gave the woman a tablet and it took the woman 10 entire minutes to complete the sign up. There was another woman behind the counter and she was on the phone and said she could not assist because only one register was open. In the midst of waiting, a gentleman walked up and cut me as if I wasnt even standing there. I said hello to him and said that Im standing here, to which he ignored. Another random waiter was standing off to the side, waiting for customers to come in and saw this man do this and laughed at him and told yet another waiter what just happened and neither of them offered to tell this man he needs to wait behind me. THEN the girl behind the counter takes the mans order after she saw him cut me. Definitely the worst service Ive had from them.

The service I recieved there was a terrible experience and honestly the only bad experience I had at a buffalo wild wings. My family walked in and the place wasnt very busy, I asked them to put on the cubs game which didnt happen until I asked 2 more people. We ordered our appetizers and then our meal, everything came all at once, I figured we would get appetizers first but whatever no big deal. Then the waitress left for 10 min without giving us silverware, my boneless wings had absolutely no sauce on them and half of the order was wrong. It seamed like there was no effort to provide a good customer experience, the food was no better it tasted funny and no one in my family could finish their meal. I will never come to this bdubs again

Constantly overcooked wings. Let me preface this by saying I have been going to this location on and off for over a year now because it is the closest BWW to my apartment. In most of my experiences with this location (at least 20+ orders), my wings have been overcooked 80% of the time. They put too much breading on the wing, then cook it too long. The result is a disgusting wing that is composed mostly of hard, inedible breading. I contacted the manager about the consistent issues, but 4 months later they are still having the same issues (just went there last night). I have always received good service, but the wings are almost always inedible. Ive finally given up and will go to their location on 75th from now on.

Went here yesterday and started off as bad as it ended. It took 23 minutes to get our drinks and took 45 minutes to get an appetizer. Would have been nice to get the appetizer before our main course but that didnt happen. We ended up just getting 2 go boxes for our food so we could get on with our day. Also the lemonade was sugar only. we wont return. Sad cause they were not packed and were understaffed. Also the waitress had all the time in the world to complain about the kitchen but still we had too ask her for drinks 3 times. This place is a joke. I recommend and other place if you want food and drinks within an hour.
