We had rented out the banquet hall portion for our annual pizza. Eight pizzas were ordered but three were leftover. When I asked for containers to take the leftovers home I was informed that was against there policy and they didnt allow leftovers to be taken out of the rest. So rather than let me take home the pizza I paid they were just going to throw it also. This is an annual event and never I have I been to a pizza place that doesnt allow you to take home leftover pizza. Also when the bill came they charged us the full amount and didnt give us credit for the deposit that we had put down. With so many other great options we will not be returning there!

Beware! Doesnt honor Groupon! Went to try this place out with a $15 Groupon. Had pizza which was pretty dry and overdone. Place is outdated old 80s style dining with really small dirty bathrooms too. Mainly an old bar to drink in-NOT for families or kids. Food is secondary to the alcohol there. When time to pay-server wouldnt take Groupon-said we dont take these! Then came back and said "the big guy in the back says no". Paid full price for bad place then contacted Groupon and got a refund. What a crappy way to treat new customers! Never going back there again!!

We love Durbins. Its been a local hangout of ours for years, but last year we did our first Touch-A-Truck charity event and they were right on board as soon as we asked them. Everyone at the event really enjoyed the pizza and sangria. We had way more people than we expected and they had to run back to get more pizza several times, but we never ran out and they did it all without a breaking a sweat, well maybe a little it was a hot day! Great people to work with. Hope you can make it back this year. Thanks!

Not great. Just returned from their Easter buffet. The plates were cold which meant the food was quickly cold. The food on the buffet was not kept hot with warmers. They had flip up lids on the food trays which made it difficult to see what was in them. The hot tea was barely warm. The salad bar was inadequate. The only pluses were the meat choices and desserts. Also, the toilets would not flush in the womens restroom. We definitely will not go there again.

Almost an hour after eta we got our food, if thats what you want to call it. Pizza was ok at best but wasnt hot. They forgot an item so they had to go back for that which took another 40mins. The ribs are the worst Ive ever had, they tasted like old rotten meat. I had to call and complain and they gave me a $20 credit which I will use in the bar there. And they told us there was only 1 delivery guy but had a different guy drop off the forgotten item.

Unfavorable experience. I chose to dine at Durbins Jan 30, 2016 on a first date; had a reservation. Wait staff asked us to move to another table right after we were done with our meal. Comped 1 drink....but hey this was asinine. Recommending that you relocate to a larger venue so you are not hard up for tables! Durbins made a few extra bucks that night and lost my business I am not coming back Durbins

I have used Durbins in Tinley Park regularly over the years. They catered my wedding, and I used them for all my birthday parties. I have never had any issues with the staff or ordering process, my food is always ready on time and correct, and always tasty! Their pasta salad is a huge hit with my family, and the BBQ party platter is to die for. I totally recommend them for your next event!

We ordered spinach and artichoke dip lasagna with meatballs and some garlic cheese bread. The spinach and artichoke dip was excellent along with the meatballs. The lasagna was disgusting and the garlic cheese bread was so hard it was like eating cardboard. So over all i would probably try it again, but probably not the lasagna.

It didnt start off good; the girl was rude when I ordered via telephone. I loved Durbins in Burbank and Palos. Tinley Park is a whole different story. The pizza was gross. Not like the other Durbins. We dont know if it was the sauce or the cheese that was sour. First pizza we ever threw out. Would not go back.

Yes this place is a local dive bar but service here is always above amazing. Everyone is so friendly, plus the place is clean and they have a great outside patio. Pizza is pretty good also. Another great plus is that you cannot beat the drink prices. I would definitely recommend this.

Service is alright. Went there a couple times and its mediocre. Had a giant spider in my water last time I went and no manager showed up to apologize. The server had to go out of her way to get me a free drink and apologized. That was nice. The rest of the experience was lackluster.

It took too long for our overpriced food to come out. It took them over five minutes to come out with our beers. I cannot stress enough small the servings were in comparison to the price we payed. The atmosphere was decent enough. I wouldnt go there again any time soon

They were out of ribs by the order 7:45pm...oh well. Burgers were over done and cold, steak sandwich was neutral kinda tasteless. Seems to be a bar first and the food is there to comply with the restaurant code. Kitchen staff needs a makeover. Sorry, not coming back

Very offensive and racist staff. Would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE! after I confronted the server on her racist remarks she basically ignored me... I spoke with the manager and he was just as bad as her. I wish I could give a negative rating..

We get pizza on half-price Monday. Its decent-to-good. To get a large stuffed pizza under $11 is a great value. Some of the kids working in the place are unprofessional- my husband and I both agree. But we keep going back so that must say something.

I remember going there before i went to go see the dark night with my friend and his parents. there was an extremely long wait and we were a little late to the movie and couldnt all sit next to each other. All in all pretty standard pup grub.

I ordered the Shannon. As usual now, the dumbass cooks cant get the order right. Im sitting in the bar and am looking forward your delious meal.....toasted garlic bread..,It never comes with a garlic roll the fries are cheap and suck.

Forgot our cole slaw, forgot our garlic bread, ribs were way undercooked, forgot half of our donuts, didnt give us one of our baked potatoes....how hard is it to get four dinners right? The Frankfort location is much better.

Best steak sandwich Ive ever had. Filet mignon with melted mozzarella on a garlic bread bun... DELICIOUS. Outdoor seating is nice too, right on Oak Park Ave so can see all thats going on in downtown Tinley. Its worth a go.
