I went here today for a garden salad. I always or den the garden salad here. I get my order and go all the way home. 30 minutes away, and realize that they put ham and turkey on my salad (yuck). I dont eat meat. I tried calling on the phone for 15 minutes and there was no answer. I drive all the way back and they tell me they dont have anymore carrots to make my salad. REALLY!!!! I was pissed, and the customer service from the older hispanic lady did not make it any better. She was rude and disrespectful like it wasnt a big deal. I explained to her that I wasted gas to come there. I will not be going here for a while.

I only get a 30 min lunch and I have no time to go back and get my sandwich fixed. Anytime I order a sandwich its wrong. The one time they got it right Ill admit it was amazing but its a rare occurrence. The lunch force there do not care about the customers and always seem like they dont want to be there. How hard is it to make a sand which when the costomer says "king turkey, hot, no onion or tomato" and when you get it its cold has onion and tomato. They dont even look at the ticket

I have not ate there in a few years went there on Saturday May 27th 2017 got a sandwich for myself sandwich for my wife and soup for me the food was nowhere near the quality of the price they were charging for it and being that they changed the sign in the establishment the lights flickering in the sign made me very nauseous and went to use the restroom and there was urine all over the floor and no toilet paper

I recently stopped by and had the Corned Beef sub and garlic fries. I liked it so much that I came back the next two days and had the same thing. I dont think Ive had a higher quality corned beef before. Those fries are addictive too. I now stop by for lunch at least once a week.

I have been a customer since I moved to South Holland almost 15 yrs ago. Im very particular about my sandwiches and seriously, they have the best subs ever. As a matter of fact Im heading there now, exceptional food and service!

The food is always great.The two things that I do like about the submarine port is that they always run out of crossiants.When I tell them I dont want it anymore they give me a rude attitude and roll their eyes.

Great submarine sandwiches at really good prices. If youre tired of drinking pop, you can get ice cold milk here for less. Ive been chiming here since the 80s and the quality hasnt gone down.

We had a pastrami and a Reuben sub. Picked these up while on the road and they tasted great. It was pleasant to find such a good sub while on the road. Will go back if in the area
