Terrible place!!! The service at this place is terrible. There were six people sitting at the bar, with two bartenders and I had to ask four different people to switch the tv to a local game. These two bartenders had to finish their conversation about their dogs running around in a circle to guys drinking water instead of helping paying customer. Got past all that, cause the beer was cold. Then I ordered some food.............driest cheeseburger EVER! (HOCKEY PUCK) I had a couple of bites, and was going to continue my beer drinking fun when I asked the bartender for a box for my burger, and for a side of bbq sauce. This guy grabbed my tab and walked over to the computer. I asked, are you charging me for a side of bbq sauce? He said yes! WTF?? What restaurant charges for a side of bbq sauce, when Ive spent over $50.00 in the place?(and I wasnt even planning on leaving yet!) Then he started laughing at me like I was crazy for complaining about being charged for a side of bbq sauce for my cheeseburger. That guy is a joke, and if your going for the gals, save your $ and go to Hooters!. These idiots put the name of Tilted Kilt to shame............There are lots of better options in the area. STAY AWAY!!!

Probably some of the worst customer service Ive ever had, 3 of my friends were celebrating a 21 birthday and chose Schaumburg tilted kilt, I approached the manager jokingly asking to try on a kilt Jen the manager gave me a funny look and said no, I asked her why to continue conversation in hopes for a more pleasant one, she sarcastically told me the girls who work there buy them and asked me if I expected her to open a new bag and bring me one, I was irritated and said nope, understood. She then followed me back to my seat and continued to explain why I cant try one on. I received several dirty looks throughout the night and when my friend tried to order Jen (same manager) looked at him and said what? He explained he was trying to order and received the answer so what. I do not care how beautiful the women are, if Im at a customer service environment with a group of 20+ the least I expect is respect and being spoken to with decency, I approached the one bartender who had given me decent service and told her thank you and explained what Id been through, she was polite and I then left, probably will never return and will advise all of my friends and loved ones to go else where

Very upset. Came to celebrate my birthday and try to have a good time out, since I recently had my baby and have not been out for a while. I had received an email for a free burger and I let my server know as soon as I ordered it. She was happy to hear it was my birthday and said "youre in for a surprise" not knowing that my surprise was going to be that my coupon code for some reason had already been used therefore I couldnt get my burger discounted. My server offered to pay for the burger but I told her it was not her job to be offering to pay it, her manager should have came and talk to us and explained why or what was happening with the system. The manager did talk to us but said she could do nothing for us. I didnt get a birthday brownie or any type of surprise. Corporate if youre going to send out birthday gifts make sure the code works and has not been used. Good service but unhappy ending.

Management is absolutely embarrassingly bad. I was here with a group of about 20-25 people celebrating three 21st birthday parties and the service we received was dismal. At one point the manager pulled our server to the side literally in the middle of taking our tables orders.. When I asked if we could finish putting our orders in she gave a snobby look and walked away instead of answering me. Lousy management, mediocre service, and we ended up leaving and going to TGI Fridays to spend our collective money there. On the plus side the actual bartenders are very pleasant and great at customer service, just dont dare sit down for a meal.

Really good food but, sorry to say, the service wasnt the best. It wasnt the quality of service when we had it... it was the quantity. We had to flag our server a couple times and she seemed really busy running from table to table. It looked like they were short on staff. But, like I said when we did have service it was on point. I hope to visit again soon. I had the San Patricio fish tacos. They were excellent. They came with some pretty big pieces of grilled cod. I as pretty satisfied.

Food was horrendous, had the stew and it was similar to canned beef soup - runny and salty with tiny bits of vegetables and a few tiny mystery meat cubes loaded with fat. In fact, I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if it did come from a can, one of those giant ones like Kramer bought. I wouldnt let my neighbors dog eat at this joint and I hate that friggin mutt. Of course the hot babes in plaid skirts with their boobs hanging out were enjoyable.

The selection of beers are not the traditional Irish pub as the ones in Franklin Park would be. I wouldnt say its bad but I cant say that it would be great. For what it is now it is okay. I dont expect much. The view is as much as one would think a pub would look like. As for the food there is not much to say. It can be done anywhere else for less for the same taste. For those who go or planning on too you have been warned .

I was very well taken care of by two very beautiful young ladies by the name of Amanda and Marilyn both such very lovely ladies especially Marilyn oh god bless her so much so very loving and heart warming I really hope to see her again she was so sweet and I gave her poetry and she loved it I hope the tilted kilt in Schuamburg gets this and passes it on to her cuz I will be coming back and hope shes still there.

Now I see why so many of these closed in Indiana. I came here to see what everyone was always talking about when I wasnt old enough to drink and Im not impressed. Service is awful, bartenders, waitresses, hostess, staff just doesnt seem like they want to work. I guess the think because they show you a little skin that will keep you comIng back. But at least for me it wont (great selection of draft beers though).

Decent drinks and food but most of the girls here a poor attitude which ruins the experience. Bad attitude can be had anywhere, the only people that lose from it is the establishment and the waitresses/bartenders/etc. Customers will go to another bar. This is Chicago, there are plenty of other bars even in the suburbs that offer similar views but with better attitude. I hope this place improves.

The Titled Kilt offers a wide variety of drinks including beer. Their menu has many options including salads, sandwiches and main dishes. We tried their buffalo wings on our last visit. They were of average size and tasty. The fries were a little bland and slightly cool on arrival. Service was good. This is an okay place but not one I feel I need to come back to frequently.
