RUDE MANAGER I have been going to this location for over 6 years and called in an order. I initially asked her what were the specials for today in which she described. I then asked her about a philly cheesesteak combo that they have listed above the cashiers head with a fry and drink and she proceeds to cut me off and say that it is not part of the special. She also let me know that this is not Mc Donalds. LOLOL I clearly understood that considering she just ran off the items on the special. I asked her about the philly steak meal and requested Mayo to be added which I have always done and I was told that it was an extra charge which I NEVER was charged before but she continued to let me know in the most condescending tone that they always charge for whatever is not on the sandwich and how she is related to the owner therefore she knows. I explained to her that we never were charged for it in the past. I dont know where this lady came from and if the owner reads this, he needs to move her to the cook station and out of the way of customers. I ran 2 restaurants and we would never speak to our customers in that tone nor nickle and dime everyone for every little thing.

Ive received food from the Plainfield location twice now and I just dont like it. The burgers taste rather bland and the last one I had kinda made me sick. I never went into the restaurant so I cant speak on the customer service which is why I wont give it a one star. But honestly reading some of these reviews doesnt surprise me in the slightest. That all said if you want food that seems like it was made for a dog rather than a person this is the place for you but if you want some quality food I would recommend going to any other restaurant (personal recommendation would be Sushi & Noodle) because this food was garbage.

Plainfield doggie diner has a horrible time with delivery. i was first forced to order over ten dollars because they will not deliver otherwise. Second for and order that would normally take ten mintues to make if i were to go into the store takes fourty-five minutes. lastly they can not find the delivery location that is located down the street. If it where not for the cold weather i could walk there in five to ten minutes. All three of these things became very annoying and i recommend to never order out doggie diner from the Plainfield Il Location

Soggy bun with my paper thin burger, my husband asked what cheeses were available for burgers, he then requested cheddar, the cheddar cheese was apparently a melted one, not a regular slice (which you think they would let you know its melted) which soaked into the bun and all over the wrapper. I Called to complain and the response was "ok". Ive eaten here many times and been very happy. The food and service I received today was unexpected and unfortunate. Makes me not want to recommend Doggie Diner to friends anymore.

Foods good. Only complaint i have is air conditioning. Seems that for the last 4 or 5 times i have gone in, they dont turn on the AC to save on energy costs? I have slowed my visits from a few times a month to maybe once every month or two. Cant stand trying to eat food in a 90F building. Something about sweating in my food as i eat does not make a pleasant meal.

I got food poisoning from here and when I asked for delivery they said yes than called me and said they couldnt and when I came to pick it up I had to wait the same amount of time as I would to have had to wait if I just picked it up and hadnt called it in. And my food was still cold when I got it.

Worth experiences ever and will never go back because they cant follow direction when you order your food. I ordered 3 Chicken Gyros and they gave me lamb gyros. I call up there and he going to tell me I order something else and telling me how I said it. Never again

GREASY SPOON, great food. Shrimp baskets have been getting a little sour lately. Wouldnt trust the fish here anymore. 2x same issue. Everything else is good..polish, gyro, chicken gyro is great, hot dog special, and the revolution burger

Screwed up my order and a very poor attitude while taking my order. Then they literally only gave me 5 fries and a drink with a hole in the cup, so it leaked everywhere.
