The bouncer is a lying egotistical prick and treats customers horribly! I came here on 30Oct2010 to celebrate the life of a fallen soldier (I wasnt there for the halloween party). As I was walking in the bouncer put his hands on me and pushed me out the door (im a tiny guy n was no threat for him to be hostile). He said I was not wearing a halloween costume so I wasnt allowed in. But then I saw him letting many others in without costumes. So confused and not understanding why this was happening, I called my friend that was in there to tell the bartender (whom Ive known for years), and see why I was being mistreated. Apparently, the bartender claimed I was drinking alcohol on the parking lot in my car before I went in. This was completely untrue, and is against my character! I actually was drinking something though...a sugar free redbull, because I got off a 9 hour workshift before I headed to Morrisons. So I sat in my car on the lot for about an hour waiting for him to call the cops on me for drinking in my car, just so the cops would search me, maybe gove me an alcohol breathalize, and ultimately prove the jerk wrong. Unfortunately the prick never called the cops so I ended up leaving, and will never forget the horrible mistreatment from that big headed bouncer. Nevertheless, he put his hands on me, and then lied to my face about why I wasnt allowed in, I felt almost racially profiled! But actually I found out a while after that this has happened to someone else, but a girl. So if you want to be treated like crap, this is the place to go...

Wow! Was driving by and saw theyve been there since 1932 and was compelled to stop. So glad I did, what an amazing and cool and yummy local destination! Was greeted very warmly by Kelly who immediately took my drink order. Then was mesmerized by Molly, who made many awesome suggestions for totally amazing comestibles, while also informing me of her favs and that so many items were homemade, it was totally overwhelming in a great way. Then watching Matt and Pete (the manager), working their butts off and greeting and everyone all taking care of the patrons was truly special! After much consternation, I ordered The Englishman, a skirt steak sandwich with Bleu cheese, artichoke spread, bacon, etc, totally amazing!!! All I can say is, Go Go Go!!!

I love going here. I live close by and Im glad theres a decent place open late. Its got the feel of a neighborhood bar with lots of TVs to watch games and fights. The specials are great and the food is awesome. Its worth stopping in for lunch and grabbing a bite. The owners have a policy about letting people in late so you dont get too many scumbags. Never had a bad time.

I usually only come here for lunch. They redid their whole menu a few years back, and their menu is awesome. Great... delcious... unhealthy sandwhiches. I especially love the Light My Fire burger. The service is pretty slow... especially when youre trying to just eat lunch there.

Better than average food with several items being VERY good. Prices are rather high. The girls bartending are wonderful. The management and owner are brutal! If they could charge you for a napkin they would. Overall you will have a satisfactory experience

Went on a Thursday night, not too busy, but had a lot of flat screens, good beer menu and some friendly (and attractive) female bartenders. There were pool tables in the back, an enclosed smoking lounge, and a pretty relaxed vibe. I will be back.

The food is absolutely amazing. There isnt a bad item on the menu. All the burgers are phenomenal and the salad potions are ridiculously huge. My favorite bar to eat at, ever. Try the: Big Tex, Rio Grande, Stuffed B&B, or the Chicago Fire.

Morrison Puffs were a surprising delicacy that you can only find in this rowdy neighborhood joint. The sriracha lime sauce on a pastry filled with various meat and cheese was the perfect snack in between bombers of Miller and Corona.
