My husband went to the markham store and ordered the buy one get on and onion rings. The onion rings were burned to a crisp. I tried calling the line remained buay. I called about 3 times. If your stores are 24 hours there should be fresh EVERYTHING. HAMBURGERS FRIES AND INION RINGS. There should be thorough training on how food should look. No matter how late it is. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately. This is poor customer aervic. Now my husband has to drive a great distance to have thia problem fixed smh.

I waited 12 minutes just to get to the paying window, when there was only 1 car ahead of me. So i politely went around the car and went to pick up to get my food which they should have done that themselves. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal it was extremely salty I could not finish it so I threw it away and the fries were hot but had been sitting for a while. I couldnt turn back around cause I was on my way to work.

SO SLOW. Soggy breakfast sandwich. Had to ask for my drink after paying/being handed food. Told my card didnt work when actually their credit machine was not working. Going to double check my statements...took 3 people to figure b out I said bacon, not sausage, 3 times. Drive through screen is broken.

They charged me for food I didnt order and then I found 2 long strands of hair weave in my cheeseburger!!!!! Please check your food and receipts. I would have given them a one star but they gave me a refund with no problem.

I love the jalopeno buger, bacon cheeseburger and fish nibblers...I have other ppl I know buying the fish nibbers wth tartar sauce and white castles have the best shakes! The service here is good too
