I go to Sonic all the time and the one in Oak Grove is absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 of the number 13s, with fries and drinks. Got back to my house and there was only 1 fry and one of the order of wings from one of the combos barely had sauce on it. Like literally 2 of the wings had maybe a drop of sauce on them and the rest were barely coated. Almost as if they ran out of sauce and scraped the bottom for the last few drops? Well I called and politely explained the situation to the lady on the phone then she went and got her manager. The General manager told me I was wrong and that I didnt ask for sides with my meals and that their wings are suppose to be only lightly coated. I told her I go to Sonic probably twice a week and always ask for the same thing and have never received wings with this little sauce. I asked if I could bring the food back and show her and they could switch it out for me. She continued to say I was wrong and they wont exchange it and then she repeatedly read the order back to me (from the receipt from my order) and said they took my order exactly as I placed it and they didnt do anything wrong. At this point, Ive been on the phone 10 minutes and I am getting upset. I specifically said I would bring them back and show her but she refused to replace it or even give me a refund. Even though I was missing 2 side orders of fries I also ordered. When I asked for corporates number, she just hung up. Never have I been so upset with Sonic. I ended up going to the one on Trenton Rd and just paying for more fries and a single order of wings. I still continue going to Sonic all the time. I just recommend avoiding the one in Oak Grove for sure! Very rude and unprofessional. Worth the extra time to go to a different one.

When I made my order I asked for a bacon cheese burger on a bun ( as if I dont most sonics will deliver it on toast) and with NO pickle or tomato. I received my first burger with a rock hard bun and only tomato on it. Sent it back as for a replacement. Ordered it the exact same and got one with a soft but with everything on it. Walked up in the pouring rain to the door and had to order my hamburger again. I have had lots of trouble with Sonic at various locations but never had to return it SO many times. Very disappointed and will NEVER return to this location again.

As a former employee I can vouch that this store should not be open due to sanitation issues. There are roaches living in the fountain machine nozzles and nobody seems to care. No matter how much I cleaned it didnt help. They have mice also that just run free. The GM has had pest control spray but even that doesnt help because there are so many rodents. That store does not follow proper sanitation guidelines by any stretch. Most of the employees never wash their hands either. Just change their gloves. I would not recommend anybody eat there.

So far on multiple occasions my whife has went 30 min before there closing and they have refused to serve her. Their excuses have varied from being out of food or because they were cleaning and getting ready to close. They are very extremely disrespectful, their sanitation is horrible, and when you do get served food 90% of the time it is wrong. Good luck to anyone who wants to enjoy the true sonic experience..... you wont get it there in oakgrove

Im a former employee of sonic and I can say this place is nasty. No one needs to be eating at oak grove sonic. No one washes theyre hands floors dirty never clean . Everyone is rude and worse to the customers. The Gm has his picks . They talk about everyone that has a complaint. The place is just disgusting. Shut it down . I was tempted to go to the media over how nasty it was and rude the GM IS . DO NOT EAT THERE FPR YOUR SAFETY

The people who work their are very disrespectful awful hospitality. The managers were just as worst. My orders werent even correct. And from what my sister who is an employee there told me, they dont even follow proper sanitary guidlines! (check the paper on the back of the bathroom doors) they need to send a decoy in there and check whats going on and hopefully shut it down. Im glad my sis got out while she could.

Both Sonics near Ft Campbell absolutely suck; i dont think Ive EVER gotten a completely correct order at either establishment. Not really sure how you get a chocolate shake mixed up with chocolate chip cookiedough (especially when you read it to me) or how you can ask for a fully loaded coney and give us a completely naked hot dog on a stale bun and then give us an attitide when we bring it back.

All I ordered was 1 small milkshake, drive thru, pull around and a car hop comes out and takes my money & I kid you not TEN mins later the (only) car that was in front of me pulls off and I pull up to get the shake. I get it, I know how the time thing works at Sonic but it doesnt change that the customer waited so I do hope that you get no recognition for your "quick times".....not cool.

Gallons of water overflowed from red bucket tilted inside sink and onto floor. I witnessed a female worker take a dish used to make milk shakes and move it back and forth through the water on the floor while another worker used a broom to sweep the water. Then the female worker place the dish on the counter as if it was clean. Im never going back to this place again. Sickening.

I usually dont write reviews but the customer service received was outstanding! The server who goes by Rocket made a strong effort in making sure my experience was the best. Other servers need to take notes on this guy. His Customer service was to made a standard of! We need more service like his. Thanks very much hope this helps you out rocket.. sincerely truck guy

My husband and I ordered a cherry lime aid, lime aid, plain cheese burger, and tots. We got, 2 sprints, French fries, and cheese Burger with everything on it. With this bag! (Picture uploaded) which I found quite inappropriate. I talked to the manager, who was very nice and fixed everything. But still.... Non of that should had happened.

Service was quick and food was as expected. The server was apologetic for the wait, but I really didnt think it took too long. Its on the opposite side of the highway from Walmart, so if youre traveling back to I-24 it can be a little inconvenient. If youre headed back to Fort Campbell, its an easy stop for a quick bite after shopping.

Put my order in at the drive through, pulled up to the window and with 6 employees standing around inside took them 7 minutes to even open the window and say anything to me. Looked like only one person was doing any work. Food was only luke warm. Got insincere apologizes. Not coming back to this location again
