The only thing this location is good at is hiring sloppy half dressed women that will not provide anything above mediocre service to a customer if they arent regular big tippers. They lack personality, customer service skills and the broken English speaking manager could care less of your opinions of him or his bar. The food is sub par at best, the prices are over inflated and their specials are loaded with misleading terms & conditions. The Manager is a womanizer and has clearly only staffed this bar to his own visual advantage. If you sit at the bar and dont see the bartenders over stuffed cleavages nearly fall out of their tiny tanktops or their thongs hanging out of their undersized yoga pants at least once you clearly arent at Rookies in Huntley, IL. With a retirement community like Del Webb located directly behind them you would think that they might try harder with a customer base that quickly has drawn a very negative views of this establishment. You are better off going next door to Little Caesars Pizza! DISGUSTING!

I come to rookies at least once a month. Seeing some (very few) negative reviews I felt compelled to write a review. Im not sure what more you can ask for in a restaurant.... Great food on the daily/monthly specials. Great beer selection. Great service. We take the kids in there a lot because its one of the only kid friendly sports bars you can go to...and they serve quick. I saw someone complain about the music choice: the restaurant is situated right next to Dell Web...they also have a juke box, so I guess if you dont like the music you can always change it to what you want. Usually when Im in there and the Hawks or the Cubs are on the jukebox is off and sports takes over. The value for what you get is unbelievable. 1.00 chicken sandwich (which is as good or better than chick fil a) and 2 large Anti-heros was like 13.00. Seriously....I feel like Im stealing when I eat there. I have told many people to go there and have brought in new people whove never eaten there.

All American sports bar. Pub food, good burgers, good ribs, really good gyro and fajita. Serves popcorn free with every table. Useful drink and food specials, by day and monthly specials. Unlike most restaurants, their specials are food you actually wanna eat. Lot of old people come here, cause its Huntley mostly, but also cause its affordable food with good service and drinks. Water quality at this one is a lot better than the one in Elgin. Elgin one has nasty water and thus bad tea and soda, anything from the fountain tastes off. Not a problem here. Doesnt seem to get as loud as the one in Elgin or Hoffman Estates. Always a plus.

We have been going to Rookies for a couple years now. We have found the management and staff to be very accommodating. Due to food allergies there are certain modifications that we need made to our food preparation. They have been more than accommodating to make the necessary modifications. The food is average (typical bar food).

The greeter couldnt care less about seating us even though we were the only ones in line and 2/3 of the tables were empty. Then one of our drinks was served in a broken glass and the server was going to just dump the drink into another glass instead of remaking the drink. Well definitely think twice before returning.

Ive given this place many chances on the food but has never been great. Sure dollar burgers sounds great but youre getting what your paying for. Other items in the menu look appealing but everything looks like its been frozen and cooked. This is a place for me only to watch sports and have a few drinks. That is all.

Short chunky white girl at the door was very rude. But the servers and bartenders seem friendly and knowledgeable. Also does not have wifi... had to steal it from starbucks next door. Cant beat $1 I just hope they didnt tendorize it under the toilet seat in the transgender bathroom.

Worst experience! Cleaned off table before we got order cuz we were at gambling, long wait for food, pricey, and 1/2 of my prime rib sandwich was literally fat. Their excuse? Thats how they come out! Disgusting! Lack of attention from wait staff. Never go again!

Horrible service. Flabbergasted at how bad it was. Bad atmosphere. Going into a sports bar with Celine Dion playing instead of the sports youre there to watch is a total bummer. Is hard to find a good bar in Huntley and this is definitely not one of em.

Great service. It was a very busy day and the cook staff was down a few people but the staff did well to keep on top of things. Despite the time it took for our food it was a great experience and that was with 4 kids and a dog with us!
