My wife and I had the 3rd horrible trip to this particular Red Lobster in a row, and will never be returning. We were having a date night for my wifes birthday on Monday Oct. 27th of 2014. Not a busy night, but so many tables were shut down, it was an average wait of 25-30 minutes. We noticed another couple get up from the bar and decided to sit there instead of waiting for a table. After sitting at the bar for 10-15 minutes, and not being noticed by the bartender, and previous couples dirty dishes never being picked up, we decided to go back on the wait list. As soon as we do, another 3 people get up from the bar with no dishes in front of them, so again, we sit at the bar. After finally being noticed this time, we order 2 drinks, then our entire meal, including an appetizer with the bartender. The bartender was a white woman, and had help from a white guy (descriptors not to judge as race, because we are white, but to let management be advised because we never caught their names). Anyway, ordered was the appetizer crab and lobster dip, King crab legs with asparagus and lobster baked potato, endless shrimp, lobster mashed potatoes and asparagus. A while went by, and we finally got our main course. The woman bartender was notified that we never got our appetizer, which she replied "thats weird" and walked away. Later, when we were trying to get the ticket, we never saw her again. I think we waited 20 minutes and a black waitress/bartender named Angel came by and we explained the situation and the lack of appetizer. She was very accommodating and we finally got the appetizer to go and the check. By the way, another lady sat where we sat when we were first at the bar, where the eaten dishes were still on the bar, and ordered something to go. I believe she was there an hour and the dishes were never picked up in front of her.

My fiancée and I went to this Red Lobster last night, on a very slow Tuesday evening for dinner. We were not greeted by the hostess upon arrival. She simply stared us down a few times. We waited, as we thought maybe she was busy. Finally I said "We have 2 please," to which she did not respond or even stop texting on her phone, right in front of us. She walked around her hostess table a few more times (her name is Monica), then grabbed 2 menus and started walking away from us, but again never having said a word to either of us or making eye contact. There was no one around her or us, as it was slow. She looked back at us and waved for us to follow her. We followed, we were seated, waited 20 minutes, still no waitress. A waitress DID stop by the 2 tables close to us with customers to talk to them for long periods of time, as they seemed to be friends of hers. We glanced over at her, she did not even acknowledge us, then she went back into the back/kitchen area. We finally got up and walked out. Monica, the hostess, was looking down at her phone the entire time and did not even notice that we left the restaurant. It was horrible. We will not return. We also called to speak to a manager about our circumstance, to which he said he would send us a gift card immediately. We never received a gift card via e-mail, but we were so unimpressed with the service on a slow evening with plenty of staff that we plan to give away our gift card, if it ever arrives in my e-mail.

It was not their usual busy Friday lunch crowd. We ordered an appetizer, salad, and main meal. The waitress brought our hot appetizer, and within two minutes brought our salads. We had not yet bit in to our appetizer. I requested that she not put our order in until we were able to complete the appetizer and salad. She assured us that she had put the entre on hold. We had eaten maybe 1/4 of our appetizer and had not touched our salad and she brought our main dishes. That is nothing more than poor service by a waitress. The main dish was only luke warm by the time we finished our appetizer and salad. The food was good with the exception of the luke warm seafood pasta...nasty when not hot or at least warm. She was a good waitress otherwise. We felt that she was rushing us and trying to move in her next tip. So...we didnt tip her and left. We have eaten at Red Lobster for many years and have never felt so rushed before. It will be awhile before I return.

OVERPRICED, TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE My son and I went to this Red Lobster for an early meal. The first thing we noticed was the smell of the place, which I thought may have been caused from wiping the menus off with a mildewed rag. Ignoring this first clue, we waited for quite a while to be greeted by our server and forever for our drinks and bread. After placing our order we waited about 45 minutes for our food, when it did arrive on boiling hot plates the food itself was only luke warm. I am almost certain this seafood was not fresh as my shrimp still had the vein in it. YUCK! I also, had a very sick stomach for about 3 days after eating their food. It was very warm in the place and our poor server was sweating profusely, felt sorry for him but it was pretty gross. This experience was absolutely terrible and to think our bill was $100.00 including tip is just ludicrous. OVERPRICED

My husband and I usually eat at Red Lobster a number of times a month; the food and service are normally excellent; except for tonight. The service was excellent but he food was less than up to standard for Red Lobster. If fish is overcooked, throw it out. If the baked potato is undercooked, cook it longer. Make sure the food is hot before it is brought to the customer. The manager coming by the table to offer sorrys dosent cut it. New customers wont be back. We will come back for more meals but will be more vocal in the future should it ever happen again.

Our server, Amy was terrific. Unfortunately, the biscuits were greasy, the Caesar Salad was tasteless, the coconut shrimp were mushy, and the baked potato was small and hard Our son loved his meal, the Ultimate Feast, which cost $30.00, but the rest of us rated this restaurant between a D and a C. Therefore, we are going with the 3 (rate C) an average of all our opinions. Unfortunatwly, the restaurant is well laid out with plenty of logical, noise controlled, private-feeling seating, but they cant make food worthy of the setting.

Food was very good. Beer selection OK...but beware if you order the 16 oz beers. They come in a Sam Adams glass into which theyll pour 12 ounces of beer (I know...I have the exact same glasses at home). 16 ounces is to the very top of the glass; 12 ounces is just above the blue line (intended for a showy head of beer from a 12 oz bottle). The bar keep and I sparred over this -- I ended up refusing the beer. Im suspicious of the pour of their larger size beer, too, but it didnt seem as big a rip-off as the 16 oz.
