We went in there around 9pm. We knew they were closing at 10pm and was just going to get cup of iced coffee and a smoothie. We were greeted by no one. And whenever someone came up to the register to take our order, her attitude was nasty. It was clear that she was annoyed to be dealing with customers. We ordered and I heard someone in the back saying how she didnt want to make smoothies because they were about to close in an hour and how she was annoyed. The manager was there, he didnt seem to care what his employees were saying and how their attitude was. I will never be going back to this place. I never had any problems with Saint Louis Bread Co before but this location employees are rude, have negative attitudes and doesnt seem to care.

I ordered a broth bowl. It was the quinoa with chicken. It tastes good, but I think that the title of "Broth" means that there is A LOT of broth. Its a bowl, half filled with the chicken, quinoa, and lentils plus all else. The broth is maybe 1/2 cup. I was looking forward to all of the ingredients literally swimming in broth. The ingredients are in a heap, with a little broth mixed in. More and more I am getting disappointed with what I would call quality control. I live so close, its a shame that it isnt better.

I love panera and always have. My favorite thing to get there are the bread bowl soups and their fuji apple salad. At this restaurant however, I had the worst salad Ive ever gotten from a Panera. It had pieces of spinach that were brow on the ends. Im not talking one. It wa throughout my salad. The onions were huge! I had to cut them up as well as the chicken. There were giant pieces of lettuce. One was roughly 8inches long. Im never going there for a salad again. There chai tea however was very good.

I ordered 2 egg sandwiches for breakfast here. One was on the normal ciabatta bread and had some extras on it, it came with very little egg compared to the other sandwich. The second one I ordered on asiago with egg whites and spinach. They gave me the regular ciabatta bread. Egg whites were nice and thick. The last part of my order was a muffin, but they almost gave mW a muffie. It wasnt even busy while I was there... Service was friendly but thats about it.

We were greeted by rude customers telling us we were in the wrong line. The line was basically flowing out the door. We finally ordered our food and they gave us the wrong order. I was too frustrated by the length of the line to bother reordering. My gfs sandwhich was so greasy it was barely edible and mine was worth nothing close to 7 dollars either. We wont be going back ever again.

Good sandwiches, french onion soup was really good. It was Black Friday late in the afternoon. ....dining room very dirty floor and tables....but the worst was the mens restroom.....nasty is an understatement......visually disgusting.......but the stench was comparable to subway station....For a large franchise as this one...definitely unacceptable......

I wouldnt recommend any sandwich / flatbread or panini. Very little meat and or kale or whatever. I think the salads are ok but even so, theres something not right about paying these prices and the customer had to bus their own table. And get hands all messy when separating bowls, flatware etc. from trash.

After all of these years going to this location, I still love it. Great staff, great food, reasonably clean. The only downside it that its almost ALWAYS busy. So, that can get really annoying if youre trying to have a conversation. But if its just for a quick bite, this place is perfect!

I always take my clients to the Bread Company, and the Fairview Heights branch is always a terrific place to meet and take care of business. The service is excellent, the wi-fi is fast, and the food is delicious. I strongly recommend the Fairview Heights Bread Co.

Love the caramel latte and pastries, love the variety of the pick 2. Quality good, agree with others that cleanliness could be improved. Restrooms need an update. They run out of stuff by 5pm, thats crazy. I can always eat Panera!

Its just as clean and cozy as any other Panera Bread/St. Louis Bread Co. I meet there for a small group weekly and they are very accommodating and friendly. Great place to hang out and relax!

I love the chicken noodle soup and availability to order online. You can walk in, pick, up your food, and leave. You can bypass the register by using the panel to order. Staff is nice.
