I really used to like going to this place. My wife, our friends, and I used to got here 2-3 times a month. We pretty much went there for every UFC pay-per-view and would spend about $30-$50 per person, mainly because we would indulge and buy more than a couple drinks. Now we are going to be charged a gratuity? No big deal really. The 4 of us have worked a lot in the food service/hospitality business and we like to give 20%+ because weve been there.... But I can not reward stupidity. This place calls itself a "sports bar" but we will be charged if we spend too much or drink too much as a table? There are a lot of good meals that are also a great value at around $10! But this will come back to bite you because of you have a couple premium beers, youve now spent more than 50% on alcohol! At a bar! The humanity! Ill be getting drunk at Blarney in the meantime. Let me know if you realize how dumb this is. P.S. The I like the new themed menus! But You guys should complain to your graphic designer as well as the Bulls, Blackhawks, Sox, Cubs, and Bears. The logos used as the background are very pixelated. Ooooh! I get it! You didnt get their permission to use their trademarks on your menus, did you? For shame. Quick suggestion: change it all to the Washington Redskins since they lost their trademark! Youre welcome!

The burger I had was great. There was nothing particularly special about the burger I had, but it was cooked medium-well like I ordered it. The fries seemed a little salty, but it was good; its bar food. I was disappointed by our waitress. We had to wait a while (about 15 minutes at least) to get another bucket and the wait for food and our check seemed longer. Hopefully, my experience was the exception, not the norm. Their appetizers didnt seem reasonable to me. I saw the menu saying $7.99 for 5 mozzarella sticks or about $1.20 per wing. Seems a little expensive for what we got. The Miller Lites we got seemed about normal for a bar & grill. The beer was served in bottles in a bucket and were cold. Id imagine other beers like Bud are served similarly. I am generally not interested in craft beers, so I cant comment anything of that sort they offer. I went there pretty early on a Friday, so I didnt see much of a crowd. It will probably be more crowded later in the night. It seems like a pretty typical bar & grill. Plenty of TVs showing whatever game is on. Plenty of space, also a deck outside. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit, but I would try it again before I write it off.

Do yourself a favor. Dont go and tell your friends not to go. I dont even like writing reviews this bad. We were seated right away but the young hostess looked like she was still in high school but her outfit was so thin and revealing... it wasnt sexy, it was awkward (my boyfriend said this). The table was sticky as well as the area behind our seats. We sat with menus and no drinks for almost 10 minutes even though the place had maybe 20 customers total. After ordering, we waited 30 minutes or more for our food. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up (despite the emptiness) but when we got our food it was cold. My boyfriend ordered a bloody Mary that i found undrinkable but he found "interesting." It was a pepperoni color, seemed to have a lot of lime juice and Tabasco (Im guessing) but only some olives for garnish. It was harsh, not refreshing and not something wed get again. A bloody Mary, a beer, one expensive appetizer, and one burger and the bill was $45. If there was a manager there...Id be surprised. A restaurant that empty yet struggling and you arent out there helping your staff....

I have been to At The Office several times since the new owners took over. I can honestly say the place went from good to GREAT! Tim & Deb are excellent hosts. The kitchen is putting out some tasty appetizers AND entrees. All the staff is very friendly & they treat the customers like family. The food is great, the service is excellent & the drinks are flowing. Weather permitting...I really enjoy the outside patio/tiki bar for a game of bags, to watch a ball game or to smoke a cigar. Thx Tim & Deb and we will see you soon for another great dinner! V-man

I have been to "At the Office" several times and it is always a great time. I try to order something different from the menu each time, and I have yet to be disappointed! The food is great, the service is great, the atmosphere is wonderful! It is a great place to hang out. And they raised a lot of money for the Big Bikes Helping Little Tykes motorcycle run, which is a charity close to my heart. They also added an outdoor bar on the patio. This has fast become my favorite place!

Its a pregnant lady with a lot of tattoos and a ton of makeup who confronted my friends and I about not tipping her on our cards. Joke was on her because we was going to tip her in cash. Watch out for hormonal pregnant waitress. Service was trash, waited 30 minutes before we even met our waitress and she admitted to forgetting she was responsible for our table. Long story short okay environment to watch games but iffy service.

Food is good. Customer service is slow. Waitresses are sitting while the dinner area needs cleaning. Makes me nervous on cleanliness of food prep area when so little attention is given to cleaning the front of the house. Management you could have 5 stars if you had a cleaner presentation and held waitreses accountable to be not noticeably sitting with obvious work to be done. Menus need cleaning or replacement too.

first off never been here before, my GF is going there now, tried to look up a menu so I can get something to go, LOL good luck the website they have is to a search to buy sporting goods and takes you to a weird search engine, how do people run a business like this and think it is ok? The world is full of idiots that run companies and dont even know the basics. Why would I want to eat at a place like this?

The food was okay but the service was horrible. Not to sound like an angry reviewer but my girlfriend and I were also racially profiled. After being in the bar and grill for only 30 minutes the waitress brought us to-go containers without asking us if everything was fine and if we needed something else. We were not rude about any of it but we did speak to a manager about the bad service.

This restaurant opened just recently I believe. Its great to have a new pre-movie dinner spot, as the options in Crestwood were sorely lacking. Ive gotten a burger and chicken wrap there and both were delicious! Its a cute sports pub type of atmosphere. They are trying a bit too hard with the female uniforms looking like something at Twisted Kilt, but overall I like the place.
