They need to treat customers with importance, they are cheap with the amount of ingredients they put in your sandwiches and sometimes the lettuce is a little brown, they will argue with you for a penny. They need to keep their pastries fresh and not sell you yesterdays left overs. Been going there for years for diffrent things because its around the corner and they do have good quesitos, but to be honest if another sandwich place opened up near me with better attitude and good quality foods I would change places in a heart beat.

I love this place its the only place I can get a taste of sweetness of Borinquen ( Puerto Rico ) I just wonder if they are under new management last time I whent there was more product and staff had uniforms It is still same taste though so I am happy about that

Totally messed up my wedding. Cake stunk so bad people was looking for puke. When we contacted owner he called me and my husband liars. Never returned calls hung up on us. Worst service ever. Calling health department on them.

I was searching for a particular pastry since I moved from Puerto Rico. I found it here but they served it a bit old. Coffee wasnt good at all. Still the variety is good and the prices are great.

My favorite place to grab a sandwich and coffee in the neighborhood! The cubano is on point and thanks to this place Ive developed a mocha cappuccino addiction. The pastries are very good as well.

The most "authentic" Puerto Rican bakery I have found in Chicago as far as it concerns to pastries . Try the "tornillos" and "quesitos". Close resemblance to those made in +Puerto Rico.
