Ive ordered here a few times and they continuously get the order wrong. This last time I ordered the boneless "FIRE" wings. I was not aware of the fact that their fire sauce is too watery, and with that they give you grilled instead of fried wings because it doesnt stick to the chicken. I called the restaurant the following morning and spoke with a nice lady who explained the situation. Acording to her when someone order wings with the fire sauce, theyre usually contacted and told about the whole grilled vs. Fried situation. I was not called and grubhub did not specify that on their website. I spoke to the manager who was willing to give me a refund. Its been a week and I still have nothe received said refund. Seeing as these people regularly give out the wrong food, (there are so many reviewers who claim the same), I am not surprised my refund was not given. Their food is good when its what you actually order, but their service is terrible. Also, the fire sauce was not hot at all.

We live just down the street in the West Town neighborhood, and eat/order out from here all the time. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with not only the food and drinks from Output, but more importantly the staff. Everyone has always been so incredibly friendly and so kind, I dont have anything other than the highest regards to say about them. The wings from Output are our absolute favorite in the entire city of Chicago. We have introduced our friends to the wings, foods and atmosphere at Output, and now they cannot get enough of it! They want to watch all the sports games there. We are so lucky to have such an awesome spot so close to our home.

The wings were simply amazing, as were the loaded tater tots and onion rings. I dont think ive ever had wings this good anywhere. I would give it five stars, but the service was subpar. Waitress forgot to put my burger and tater tots order in and messed up our order of loaded fries with loaded tater tots. Nothing major, but rather simple. Go there for the wings, but not really the ambiance. Also, dont expect to hit up any neighboring bars cuz the closes thing is Grand Bar a few blocks.

this bar is very small and in a very sketchy neighborhood. I loved the music for a couple hours and then the dj changed on a Friday. It is pretty spacious for what space they do have. It is a crowd of 25yrs and up. It is not a young 20s club or bar to go to. There werent many drink specials. I would go here around 2am when the party really starts! It gets really crowded, it seems like its an after party place.

I cannot comment on the food as we were not served. My friend & I came in on Saturday at 7:30. The place had many empty tables, but we were refused a table because we were only two people. Apparently, it requires four people to be able to sit at a table at this restaurant. I asked about this and was told it gets really busy here so we have to make sure the tables are available. Poor customer service.

Visited here twice. The first visit was about a week ago with my sister. The service was dissappointing but the food was good and reasonable. We both had some moderate stomach upset afterwards. I gave it another try today with a couple of friends. The food was good. No stomach upset this time. The service was dissappointing once again. They also need to clarify the specials on the website and menu.

I been to a lot of spot bars to watch the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs play. But out of all the places I been to with family and friends, Output is the best place to watch My favorite teams play to ball.They have the best service and wings in town. I would recommend Output to everyone and anyone to have some good food and beverages. Dont take my work for it, stop in and see for yourselves.

Tonite my experience was totally below expectations our lady server was very rude, it took a very long time to order food and drinks on top of that I had my bill before the food or drinks this was totally Rude Ive come before and had a great time tonight we were seated in the private area no music no tv we enjoy the food wings are excellent service tonight sucked. I was very disappointed

I love this place! The bartenders are rockstars!!! This is the spot to go for wings and a beer and just relax! Whether its to watch a game, catch up w friends, go w family, cant go wrong. Wings are good... beers are cold.. chill people... noisy and crowded enough to be lively but not too much. Did i mention they have a patio in summer ? And they have an awesome platter option.

Wings, wings, wings! I totally understand that Output is a sports bar and is probably a great venue to watch a variety of sporting events. However, for me, Output wins out every time in their food selection. I have never been disappointing when eating here. Im partial to their wings, but pretty much everything is great!

Great food. Affordable. Everything is great except for when you want to leave. The last 3 times I ate there at a table, I sat there with my box of food and empty beverage glasses for easily 30 minutes waiting for my bill. Everything else is great. I love their wings, nachos, potato skins, and garlic fries.

We eat at output frequently as we live only a block or two away. Their food is above average and their beer selection isnt terrible. What earns them 5 stars is their wings. Too many places in the neighborhood serve awful wings. Output stands out in this regard. Their fried mushrooms are pretty awesome too.

First time i came to place and loved it. The area i wasnt really a fan off . Ha well then again im a big scsry cat. The wings here are delicious ! Just be aware it gets crowded in here so there might be a wait. Once you done eating go shake it off on the dance floor in the back room !

Ive visited this location for the second time already and I have been pleased with the food and service every time! My wife and I are wing lovers and if we can settle for a good wing spot this is the place! Fairly priced and delicious food and friendly staff! Try this place out!

We stopped in and bought a lots of wings, and they were very good. We had several flavors and they were all great. All juicy, and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. The service was good to. Attentive, but not overly attentive.

Wings, fried pickles, burgers, nachos..I could on and on! The food rocks at this restaurant/bar. The atomosphere is kind of dark so it makes it relaxing and low key. Lunch specials are cheap and they deliver to downtown!!! The owner rocks!

Cool bar to hang out in, sometimes music can get loud and you are unable to talk. On the other hand they play good music so you would probably be singing along to instead of talking! Food is fair, drinks are great. Moderately priced
