This was the worst dining experience Ive ever had. I should have turned around & walked out the door the moment I walked in, but we were in a group & this was where we decided to go for a birthday celebration dinner. When we walked in we were "greeted" by a woman with a terrible attitude, who when we told her how many were in our party, just gestured rudely to the dining room & mumbled something like "sit there". Since I had read the reviews prior to dining at Harmony, I thought this would be a good place for customizing my order. So, when I asked if it would be possible to get egg rolls without meat, & the answer was "no", I was a little taken aback. I decided to just order my entree. Whenever I order Chinese food, I order the same thing, every place I go... Vegetable Lo Mein. I have had lo Mein at many, many Chinese restaurants & I know what lo Mein is. What came out of the kitchen, I didnt even recognize as lo Mein. So much so, that I actually left it on the table, thinking it was someone elses dish & waited for the lo Mein to come out. When I asked my friend whos dish that was, he replied that it was mine & that he was wondering why I hadnt touched it. Visually, the noodles were thinner than angel hair & the sauce was clear. I have never seen lo Mein like that. I took a bite & it was bland, tasteless, & the noodles were like plastic. I didnt eat any more than the one bite. When the waitress came by to check if everything was ok, I told her no, the meal wasnt right. She actually had the nerve to ARGUE with me, saying that I ordered lo Mein & this was lo Mein. I replied that whatever it was, I didnt like it. She said "well, do you want something else?" No, not from this establishment. When the bill came, we fully expected NOT to see the lo Mein on the bill, but sure enough, there it was! We were all mortified. There are so many things wrong with Harmony, that it is unredeemable. From the downright rude staff to the abysmal food. Just close already.

Horribly rude staff. But i was willing to overlook that since the food is good. I was a usual customer sometimes ordering here 4 times a week. Today i came in to pick up my order and when i asked to do a split payment the cashier gave me a dirty look and asked me in a loud voice if i could afford my food. I answered yes that i could i was simply trying to charge the items separately. After that she called someone else over who also accused me of not being able to afford my order. Well i got super mortified and i decided that would be the last time that happens to me there. They should hire friendly staff who know how to use the cash register and credit card machine. I will never set foot in here again and i dont recommend this place if you like good service.

I love this place!!! The food cant be beat and a variety of choices including sushi and thai. I know that I can go have a snack or a full meal and the have no problems adjusting a dish to prepare it the way you want...No salt extra sauce etc and the wait staff is always on the ball, yes Jane you are fantastic! Im never disappointed and would go there every time I go out to eat if I could. The prices are actually more reasonable than a lot of other restaurants here in the city. I have never given any other restaurant five stars and have been told Im very picky about my food and I highly suggest harmony!!!

Hated it. Just received my order and it was wrong even though the receipt shows the correct order. I called and spoke to the owner who started yelling at me that the order went through grub hub and it would take 30 days for a credit. We have ordered from them 3 times this week and were treated horribly. I will never set foot in there or order from them again. All I was looking for was an apology. They have sh!ty customer service!

This place "Was" my favorite. Rude female employees have wrecked what "WAS" our favorite place to dine (for Asian). I just dont understand why they cant just mind their own business and not make you so uncomfortable? Stop making fun of people. Stop laughing with each other and stop making. Cracks about how much we order or eat. Sorry we enjoy the food. Be thankful. Be courteous. Be professiona. You are wrecking this place.

I cant believe Ive been living in the area for the last 3 years and Im just NOW experiencing Harmony. Omg what I have been missing out on! This place is amazing! The sashimi is fire! Im accustomed to sushi spots on the north side. The contemporary decor is the only thing lacking that you get on the north side. Ill sacrifice decor though for freshness and sushi! What a gem!

Chicken and garlic sauce had zero flavor, not one hint of garlic. Chow mein was delivered after I ordered Lo mein. I travel for a living- this was one of the worst meals Ive had on the road. If there was an option for "no stars" I would have chose that. Also the order process wasnt pleasant at all. They need to cheer up.

Great food especially for the price! I was there on a Friday night and although there were quite a bit of tables there the staff was friendly. The servers dont even write down your order and still always bring the right food! The sushi was the best part and I love that they have a vegetarian option for all the sections.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Eat at either one of their two bars with HDtv, comfortable booths or of course a table. Food is hot and fast, nice fish tank at the entrance. Oh yeah, my family loves eating here I like that you can always find parking on the street. Harmony... make it a date night.

Me and my husband have been eating here for many years . We are originally from the Chinatown area and we prefer eating at Harmony. The food is excellent and the service is excellent ( Jane and Kiki). I know if you try Harmony once you will be sure to go back again and again.

Horrible place I was about to place a delivery order for about $30 and because Im at a factory in a semi and told him the hotel address next to where I was he gave me a hard time and started acting like the signal was fading he was rude too bad since we usually tip about 25%

The service is not the greatest, a bit rude actually. The lo mein was balled up and rubbery. The sushi was inconsistent, haphazard to be completely honest. We were never offered anything to drink. The stars are for the decor and the price, thats all.

We came for the lunch special. It was both filling and tasty. I recommend upgrading to the hot and sour soup. The place was clean and has a large dining area. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
