Stopped in late on a Wednesday night. As always, the full menu was available and the place was hopping. We sat outside on this warm spring night. Service was swift and professional. Cocktails stated quickly and we were on our way. We ended up ordering two salads and the goat cheese appetizer. Everything was perfect. Yummy! The owners son stopped by our table to chat it up for a bit. I found out the ladies who worked here years ago are still onboard. Good to know that although it was the son at our table instead of the Father (the torch was passed) some things never change. Dublins is a great spot for casual late night dining, people watching and casual cocktails. You can hang in the Viagra Triangle without the hustle and bustle.

The Sunday hang out when in Chicago. As contrite as is sounds...Think "Cheers". Youll figure out who the regulars are, by the staffs interaction. The staff is wonderful, and have always ( for 20+ years) made the joint feel like home. Its the BEST place to grab a delicious skirt steak with herbed butter, chicken vasuvio, or a burger...even an entree salad...On a Sunday, after a game, even late night after the theater or club ( their open until 4a). I live in KCMO and wish I could spend every Sunday here. When I lived in Chicago...Was a great week day lunch spot too... Especially if you like to people watch!

Best food we had in Chicago! My boyfriend and I went searching for a spot to eat at 3 AM and we stumbled upon Dublins. The staff was friendly and efficient. The chefs were in full uniform and cooking the full menu until 4 in the morning. I had an EXCELLENT italian beef and my boyfriend had the fish and chips. The fish was truly fresh and my sandwich was incredible. We also had waffle fries which did not disappoint. We ate at quite a few fancy restaurants on our trip and this was by far the best. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. This will be my first stop next time I visit Chicago.

The waitress didnt even try to be courteous to our table. When a beer wasnt in stock she didnt suggest a substitute. The shots we had were improperly made. After paying and leaving a 5% tip, she came back to the table and handed the check back and asked for more money for a tip. Absolutely ridiculous. You get tipped for your service, not an automatic 15-20%. A coworker yelled at our party on the way out saying we should learn how to tip. Maybe you shouldnt just assume a tip will be handed to you and work for it. Management should be ashamed.

The Dublin Bar and Grill is set across from a fancy steakhouse and on the corner of a busy plaza with many competitors around. My experience there was pleasant. Ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It tasted good, like a buffalo wing burger. The side of fries came fresh (meaning they change their oil, not that they were homemade). Our waiter was an authentic Irish lad, with a good sense of humor. Only thing to improve would be that the complimentary bread wasnt warm or toasted.

Went here for game 4 of the World Series and LOVED what we found. An energetic place with an engaged staff! From the minute we walked in it was all about the fun. The place was packed yet drinks were served quickly, staff kept us up to date on table availability, and the food was FANTASTIC! Dont miss the Portobello Mushroom appetizer. We visited this place years ago and it was nice, this trip just backed it up that we will make it a regular stop every time we visit Chicago!

The bread. OH.MY.GOD. the bread. And they put delicious olive oil & fresh parm on the table to start. If you dont fill up there, pick from one of their enormous salads for a tasty & filling lunch. My favorite is the blackened chicken and shrimp salad with the house vinaigrette & the mustard dill dressing on the side - to dip & mix. Great for lunch with the girls on a sunny day (if you can get a seat outside). Tip: Share the salads - theyre enough for 3, hearty for 2.

this place over the years has become one of my favorite places to hang out. It was nice to be able to sit and talk with friends with out loud music blaring so loud you cant even hear yourself think let alone talk to anyone else. Drinks have always been at a reasonable price, along with the food. Not to mention the food was always awesone. Atmosphere has always been great. The choice to eat inside or out was also a nice option. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

This was my first restaurant stop this past weekend when I came to Chicago, IL. This place had the best burger Ive ever tasted in my life! Me and my girls went back on another night and got the burgers again and they were just as good if not better than the first time. I love Dublins! The atmosphere and people were just as fun. I will forever visit Dublins when I come to Chicago in the future.

Wasted an hour and fifteen minutes for an extremely underwhelming spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was not crispy, had no flavor, and it was topped with a gross cheese and a random piece of lettuce. There was sriracha sauce on the side which didnt belong on the plate at all, and the entire dish just seemed microwaved and was ineatible. Save your time and money somewhere else.

I ordered a spicy crispy sandwich and instead got a chicken sandwich drenched in buffalo sauce- it wasnt crispy, it was soggy. In addition they opened the front door right where we were sitting and it was cold. Granted it was warm inside but a warning or an offer to sit elsewhere would have been nice. This was my first experience at Dublins, and I definitely wont be coming back.

Buenas cervezas, IPAS deliciosas, 5 dollars la media pinta, sin tip, sin tax, la gente que había era de PELÍCULA, 40 min sentados en su barra rectangular, PARA EL RECUERDO.

Love this place. Whether you are going for an afternoon drink or want a mid-night snack. This place is the best! It is open 365 days and all hours of the day! Their menu has everything from bar food to huge salads. You cant go wrong with their burgers, but I do enjoy their list of appetizers. One of my favorite appetizers is the apple with hot brie.

Interesante selección de cervezas pero lo mejor del lugar son las personas que lo visitan, haciéndote sentir en una película o sitcom norteamericana.

This place is horrible. The food was nasty and the waiter was so rude. I even asked for a menu myself after waiting for 10minutes. He was just standing there trying to avoid eye contact. If you want a good time--This is not the place to go. I repeat do not go at this place, WASTE OF TIME!

Worse customer service ever. From the waiter to the bartender claiming to be the manager. Food was ok at best. I dont know if it was because we was the only black women in there but the level of disrespect was not needed. Will be following up to speak with someone in hierarchy.

I have enjoyed Dublins for years. Its a great place to have some tasty food and enjoy a beverage. When the weather is nice I often like to sit outside and watch people walk by. The wait staff is generally friendly and the hearty Dublins salad cant be beat.
