I grabbed lunch here and was greeted upon entering. After I noted I had never been there before, they told me what their specialties were and the specials they had for that day. I went with the gyro platter, which came out to be $7.25 (no drink). A short wait later, less than 5 minutes, the food was ready. The only reason I gave service a "very good" instead of excellent, is because I asked for it to go, and when my food was ready, it was prepared to eat there. No big deal, a few seconds later I was out the door. I was surprised to see how much food I got when I sat down to eat, fries were seasoned well, fresh, and hot. Gyro was topped with plenty of onion and tomato, and gyro meat! Definitely could have made 2 gyros out of this one.

I usually get the gyro platter and the regular fries (I dont really like the thick steak fries). The regular fries are awesome.. fresh, hot and crispy. The gyro platter is huge. I usually get an extra pita and sauce and make 2 gyros out of the platter. I especially like the hand drawn sign that basically says, "If you wear your pants around your knees, we wont serve you. Proper attire required". A "hole in the wall" yes... but great food... Have been going for years.. The Woodridge location is also good.

orderd onion ring large, came with a dozen rings, fries are great but they fill 1/6ths of a brown bag when i used to remember half bag fries and their pizza puffs are like 2 thick breadings withs ingreadients spread as thin as a sheet in between, their hot dogs are good if you like it soggy, and even when you refrigerate it still sogs. needs a major step up...

Bought am Italian beef, and the bread had a beetle, my wife went to tell them about it and they had a big attitude about it, my wife was nor asking for a refund our anything but tell then that the company that provides them with the bread might have a problem, but they stated causing a bit of a scene, and we have never been back, and never will.

Great place really has that old school feel to it. The food is delicious the hotdogs remind me of the ones at the city. The burgers, just simply great. This is my go to stop for burgers or hotdogs. I really think everyone should give this place a try, youll most likely not be disapointed.

We ordered lunch for our office today, the order was correct (more than I can say for most places) delivery was fairly quick too. However, we ordered a few gyros, and the tatziki sauce was UNBELIEVABLY garlicky. Way overboard! I have never had a tatziki I didnt like....until now!

Delicious food, you get more then what you pay for! Gyros and French fries are the best!! Staff is always friendly, delivery is fast, food is always HOT! Love this place no matter what location.
