Tried their mobile ordering for the first time. It was really easy to do and the best that I have used. When I arrived I hit the button that said that I was there to pick up my food, went to the pickup and in 30 seconds my food was waiting for me. The order was 100% correct and hot and fresh. If you have not tried watermelon iced tea with mint, you are missing out on a awesome refreshing drink.

Absolute worst gm ever. Could not believe the lack of customer service he has. Was not happy with an experience and they refuse to refund me even with a receipt and then took 2 months to get any form of compensation that isnt equivalent to amount I spent on receipt. So DISGUSTED by them. Absolute hate you all, especially Mike the manager. Disgusting tone.

Food was great. The store was hosting a special kids event, which had the parking lot full. The lobby was pretty full as well, however many were seated outside. Yet, the staff was still able to maintain properand speedy service for the other clients. Staff kept tables cleaned, and still offered guests refills art their tables. Very impressed.

Nice customer service and very prompt but way too overpriced. I got to cool chicken wraps and 28 piece grilled nuggets and the bill came out to $30. I understand that their food is fresher and is not McDonalds but the prices should definitely be lower than that. For $30 I could have went to Chilis across the street.

They fixed it. :) They got my order wrong. I didnt know it until I got home. I called to let them know, even though I lost my receipt. I wasnt expecting much but they were polite/apologetic and offered to mail over some coupons to make up for it. Well played, Chick-fil-a.

Always perfect service, delicious food, and healthier fast food options. I usually get their spicy deluxe sandwich. I like their waffle fries with chick-fil-a and buffalo sauces. Oh, and their hash browns are a great portion and delicious!!! Fruit cups are good too.

The food is always perfect and unbelievably fast. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very attentive to customers. We were asked several times if we would like refills on drinks or needed anything. Best Chick-fil-A location Ive ever been to hands down.
