Customer service is lacking. They are not very polite and are very inconsiderate with your time. When they get busy, they will take your order that you called in, and wont start cooking it until you get there so you end up waiting still. However, the end result will be some of the best fried chicken and fish in the area. Apparently you can buy t-shirts and get cash for gold.. Maybe Lol
