Bad decision to order from this place. First, when I call up the restaurant, the guy asks me to order from grubhub and hangs up. Ordered from grubhub and it said the delivery would be by 9:45 PM. No sign of food till 10:10 PM. Called up and got a prompt response, its on the way. No sign again till 10:25. Called up the restaurant, no response. Tried a few times to no avail. Kids slept hungry, waiting on food. Confused and started to look at options to cancel the order and take action against these guys. And at 10:45 the delivery lady showed up. No apology, no courtesy. How dumb can these guys get. How stupid can be their mentality. Wish I could give a negative star. Absolutely horrible. Never ever going to recommend or order from here. And going to check my options to take action against these guys.

Really nice veggie food!! Loved the Samosa chat, mirchibajji, malai kofta and onion kulcha!! Update- The food here is fine, but the customer service is appalling. Ive never encountered the like. The waiters there have no clue how to treat a customer. Its not like this is based on one experience. The same thing happened twice. We called order ahead to eat in and the guy taking the call rudely tells us that they arent taking any more orders though it was just 830 in the evening. The next time we came in and we were shown the door quite rudely and told that they couldnt serve us. With no courtesy at all. Quite disappointing. Will never go back. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

ts very few times that you come across a restaurant that you think hit every spot perfectly...service, ambiance and food. Manpasand is one of that does good service for the customers The menu here is simple per the standards of Indian restaurants. There is a variety of dosa, idly, pakora, breads and rice dishes. All South Indian dishes. There are also some combination Combos. Very tasteful and authentic food. They only thing they have only carryout, they should start a dine in restaurant in Arlington Heights, Lot of people looking for them,

I have ordered quite a few times but I am not sure if its my family immunity level or what, I including my family always end up sick exactly 24/36 hours after eating the the manpasand food... Great tasting food , and thats why I end up going there again......I end up ordering only once a year , hoping the quality, from a health perspective may have improved. So be your own judge and be careful....since I am not sure if its the oil or the quality of the food products/kitchen that causing me and family to fall sick....

I love this place! They have the best Indian Cuisine that Ive ever tasted. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is excellent! They have a party room that fits about 75 people and if you live within a 10 mile radius..you can order for delivery. My favorite foods are Chicken 65, Chicken lollipop (new item on the menu), goat fry and aloo fry. Check it out for yourself and see if you like the place. As for me, I would recommend it to my friends and family.

We recently ordered a Punjabi vegetable with a nan and chinese paneer chilli. After ordering, we were sceptical of the taste until we actually ate the delicious food. Ask them to make it spicy if you like so and theyll make it extremely tasty! The only drawback is that its only a carry out place :( The food quality regularly changes and is extremely unpredictable. Had 3 bad experiences out of 5.

I ordered vegetarian combo for pick up. They were supposed to provide 4 items on the combo but they had put in only 3. I realized this only after I left the place. The good was bad too. The vegetables werent sauteed well. I had a paneer dish and the paneer tasted bad too. Ive never known any restaurant to mess paneer up. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Although Im not vegetarian, great and tasty vegetarian buffet, with chicken options. I loved the food, staff, and service. One of the best Indian buffets Ive ever been to. The food was not bland like other places, but quite tasty and spicy. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that Hritik Roshan looked too good on the t.v. How sad! Loved this place.

THE OWNER IS A JERK. HE YELLED AT MY MOM. HE YELLED IN FRONT OF 2 OTHER FEMALE CUSTOMERS. We brought in the entertainment coupon for his dumpy establishment and he yelled at us about not accepting it. He was screeching like a deer that just got run over for over 10 mins. 2 other female customers walked in with looks of shock on there face. DO NOT GO HERE!

Few days back I ordered samosas for my family and friends.Had very poor quality,bad taste..it looks like old frozen samosas fried on very high frame,too much oily.potatoes smell really bad. nobody liked.green chutney was ok,but tamarind chutney was very very watery.wish I could post the pics too.will never recommend to anyone.just a wastage of money.

I have lived in Chicago for 10 years and this place hands down offers the best Indian food. My wife and I try to go for the buffett every thursday and cant wait to try their Biryani nights Saturday. We also had food catered for a party of 15 and everybody loved the food. Customer service is exceptional as well. Keep up the good work!

This 5 star is only for the masala dosa and Rava masala dosa, along with chutneys they served. The taste, look and quantity were exactly the same what one will get in North India! I am sure idly/wada will also match expectations. Its not a review for takeaway service. Courteous staff is also appreciated.

We went to this restaurant during lunch time however did not opt for buffet since there were minimal vegetarian items on the lunch buffet menu and nothing attractive. We hence ordered a garlic naan & veg. Jalfreize with a veg. Biriyani. Everything tasted good & was spicy too.

Wonderful staff and wonderful food. We order from here frequently and just loved dining in. They have an awesome buffet Saturday nights as well as an excellent menu. If I can convince one other person to eat here I will be happy, never had a bad experience with Manpasand.

Hey, Im new to this chicago, I tried manpasand food in their restaurant, it was awesome, i tried their South Indian Chicken curry, the only thing it was a carry out, they have a south indian tifins like idli sambar, dosas, They doing really authentic food

Food is amazing here. We love the Thursday Dosa night. Unlimited Dosa plus full buffet. I am not sure why the rating is only 3 for this restaurant. Its far better than other restaurants in Chicago. All dishes were good and the staff is very friendly.

Total ripoff @Manpasand Crazy Manager Never seen a Manager like that before Yelling at the customers and not providing the correct order to them and also to never apologies for his mistakes had much head weight with out having a hair on his head.....

I love Indian food but this place i will never order again . Ordered Paneer for carry out and they gave non-veg instead. its weird when you see Non-veg in your plate when you are vegetarian. Tried to call multiple times but no one picked up call.
