Ordered super burrito with no sour cream. When it came out it had sour cream, so I mentioned it to the waitress. It was 30 minutes before closing with nobody else in there, so there was no offer to remake it correctly, just asked if I wanted something else, so they could continue to clean the kitchen to get out of there in a hurry. So here I sit at hardees, eating a burger, because El Valle doesnt do burritos without sour cream.

they are the most pigs i use to work there and they pay so poor,they bullyn to much and the dont care the customers or workers they nasty the way they cook have roaches and rats everywhereits casting

Food is precooked, then warmed up. Makes the chicken chew and hard. Sometimes the food is not hot.
