Imagine a surreal world within your realm of reality. A magical world that may tickle and entice the senses. Envision stepping into a dream, wide awake. Cross over from peach tree, red clay existence into a blue-infused mecca from a land far away. Youve just entered Fusion..... Like the great pyramids of Egypt, the form enshrouds the secrets to be discovered within. Stealthily ensconced within the confines of a modern convenience and conveyance oasis, Fusion awaits the hungry masses. Driving endlessly southbound along the asphalt trail we had a sign from above that Fusion would play into our future. That sign being a tallish billboard reaching towards the Sun. This visual invitation on the horizon beckoned to us. We accepted. Traveling with my gorgeous goddess, aka my fab fiancée, we seek out the marvels of modern living and dining. That quest for best has rewarded us with some incredible experiences. Discovering Fusion culminates the search for Mediterranean perfection. Fusion is at first, a total visual delight. Light and design combine to carry your gaze on a virtual reconnaissance. You witness a tour de force. Mere nails fashioned into table masterpieces. Color immersion through glass and steel. Breathtaking and beautiful. We were greeted and seated by Erin, an almost porcelain beauty radiating within the all-encompassing light. She ably led us through our entire Fusion exploration. Such attention to detail in service once again raises the bar. Beginning with the Mediterranean Greek Salad, I was pleasantly impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The Citrus dressing painted each morsel with a stroke of phenomenal flavor. Absolutely delicious. I then opted for a lamb gyro accompanied by scrumptious fried potatoes. The gyro was a delicate blend of spice and nice. What a wonderful treat. Fab one decided on the Grilled Chicken Skewer plate. She loved the marinated chicken. I know that smile. Another five-star moment in this Mediterranean Freshtival was getting to meet Sherif, the owner and creative genius behind Fusion. Such a friendly and personable man, with exemplary business acumen. Clearly demonstrating how his personality converged into these culinary creations. We enjoyed interacting with him immensely. Sherif recommended and personally served us one of his favorite desserts, and it was absolutely and deliriously delectable. No free throws here. Im compelling you to find out which dessert is his favorite, on your own! As we prepared to say goodbye, I sipped my minty hot tea with a new appreciation... of fusion.......incorporating elements of diverse cuisines and joining two or more things together to form a single entity. Food, friends... My review epilogue is as follows. Ive written the first chapter of this novel, titled simply Fusion, outlining the story, the elements and the characters. I even provided the teasing taste of temptation. The next chapters? Im passing the pen to you...

I rated my experience with one star, however no star would be the most accurate rating for my dining experience at this restaurant. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with a group of family and friends. A month prior to my birthday I contacted the restaurant to make a reservation along with other arrangements for my party where I anticipated 20-25 guest. All subsequent communications with restaurant owners were via text messaging and email. I CONFIRMED ARRANGEMENTS FRIDAY AT 9:30 PM and received a written response from the owner stating they would do their best to serve us. Fast forward to the night of the event 4/23/2017. Several of my guests arrived early at 6:30 PM with the event scheduled to start at 7 PM. Upon their arrival my guests discovered that there were no seating arrangements provided for them and in addition there were no servers assigned to the party to attend to their needs. I arrived shortly after 7 PM and became aware that there were no tables or specific place for my guests to be seated. I arrived shortly after 7 PM and assess the situation and got in touch with the Co-owner to to raise the question as to why there was no designated seating for my guests. With only four of my guests seated I waited for management to arrange additional seating nothing was done we had to assume the responsibility of Pulling and putting chairs and tables on our own.The service was Utterly deplorable -- slow serving, food orders lost broken blender therefore no mixed drinks, food orders lost and mis placed and running out of food ingredients unable to fill food orders, etc.some of my guests left in disgust due to poor service. A couple of days later I contacted the owner by telephone to discuss what had happened that night at this point the owner was rude he raised his voice didnt allow me to speak And told me that it was a bad night for him for business and that he didnt care and he didnt want my business anyway. At that point I terminated the call. It is my hope that people reading this review will take this information and use it in making a decision whether or not to utilize this restaurant for events for parties and other gatherings. needless to say I will not use this restaurant again nor would I recommend it to any friends or family again.

An Oasis in the desert. This place is refreshing being located in an area where there arent many upscale Lounges,cafes,etc... for miles and you would have to travel into Atlanta or midtown to find a similar place. Its a small place but very modern. Its a fusion of Mediterranean dishes and cuisines offering everything From Lamb to Rockefeller Oysters to a wide variety of wines. I ordered the Moroccan Fried Tilapia which was fried in a beer batter and being from the south that was a comfort food for me but I also had the grape leaf as an appetizer and my wife had the seafood stew as her main dish with malbach wine. It was all very good.I was amazed at the portion of fish I received.worth more then the $15 I paid. There was live music with a guy playing acoustics. I appreciate d that although it was many people there at the time he played like it was a packed room. The waitress was very nice and very helpful when selecting our meal. I wish I took picture but the ambiance and atmosphere is very nice with blue and purple light filling the room, lots of art,and class however for some reason I felt there should have been a fish aquarium in the room. I dont know maybe its just me lol. At the end the owner came buy to talk to us.We chatted for a long time about different events the restaurant has and about travel. He even gave us a slice of cheese cake on the house. I spent more than what I initially planned but Needless to say I was very impressed. It was worth it,we had a good time and we will be back.especially for those Rockefeller Oysters! #Fusion

Business owner does not take constructive criticism very well. The food was hard and tasteless. Had one taste. I told the server I do not want the food. She went for the owner and he basically told me that because I was not familiar with this type of food, I wouldnt understand that this is how the food is supposed to taste. I tasted excellent Mediterranean dishes in the past and this didnot meet the standards I am accustom to. I was forced to pay for a plate of food i did not eat. The owner made it his duty to call the cops because another person in our group received her food and she also felt that the rice was hard and the chicken was not cooked properly. We came in as a group to Celebrate a friends birthday. No one was rude or loud to the staff. No one in the group enjoyed their food but they ate it and paid for it .The officer informed me that i had to pay for the food because he provided a service. He certainly provided a service but i refuse to eat hard rice and tasteless lamb. The officer stated that the owner was wrong but these are the laws. According to the previous review they are many poor experiences at this restaurant. As a business owner you will fail because you choose not to listen to the public. Instead you stated that your food is the best and I just dont know good food and my taste buds are messed up because you know the food you cooked is good. The food is not the best and the way you treat people is offensive. Best of luck to you. Experience teaches wisdom.
