I think I falsely came here with supreme high hopes for their cupcakes. I was curious if their cupcakes had that light frosting that reminds you of a flavored cool whip type of situation. No, they have the thick type that reminds you of the time you were 5 and went to your friends birthday party. I was also curious if their cupcakes had the filling and/or icing in the very middle that you taste when you bite into it. No, its just plain cake. Darn, I struck out on 2 of the very things I was looking for in a cupcake. :( Yeah, they arent bad, but they also werent what I was looking for. I will continue my search for the cupcake type I described above!

Poor customer service. As I asked about the different flavors I was given the impression I was getting on her nerves. I entered 15 minutes before closing expecting the same service as if she first opened. I guess not. I came with my daughter and a group of her friends. I asked if she can package each cupcake seperate. She rolled her eyes as if it were a problem. It would have been nice if she would have labeled them. I hinted around as she packaged them what flavor was in each box. She finally told me after several tries. Ill take my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated. If Im not mistaken I was not thanked or asked to come back. WOW

The customer service is sub par. During my first visit I came in excited right before closing and was not greeted by both employees. The cashier stated they only had one cupcake left, which was expected, then proceeded to state it was chocolate and another flavor. I got excited because I thought it was lemon infused since it was placed behind the Lemon label. I asked if it in fact had lemon and the cashier stated with an attitude "No, its all chocolate". The sad part is they may have a great product but Ill never know. Needless to say I will not ever give Small Cakes my business now. I would rather drive out of my way for decent service.

The Cupcakes here are AMAZING ! Top 3 cupcakes Ive tried anywhere. But unfortunately, I will not be coming back because the older lady (I think she is the baker or owner) has horrible customer service. If you were excited about these cupcakes she will definitely bring your mood down and make you leave with an attitude. I tried to bypass her attitude and keep coming for the cupcakes because they were so delicious but I just cant deal with it anymore. But if you deal with the younger woman, she is very delightful to work with.

I rarely call things overpriced but this is a great example. The cupcakes are the same size as the 6 for $4.99 cupcakes at Publix and dare I say the same quality. They were OK but definitely not $3.25 a piece size or quality. The service was just alright. Ive been dying to find a replacement cupcakery since Hollys Cupcakes closed but clearly Ill have to keep looking.

I went in 20 til closing. I knew my selection would be limited and didnt mind that, what I did mind was the person pausing her conversation to rudely tell me "this all we got" and then go back to ignoring. I may have been coming in for a question, an advanced order shell never know. They lost my business and Camicakes at Camp Creek Marketplace have it from here on out.

Small cake is a great place.i enjoy the cupcakes an the friendly people that come an goes but we a people should understand that if you come in 15 min before closing an wanting your cupcakes in separate boxes.Please call ahead because you have other customers that are waiting.
