A VERY BIG SIGN READS, MEALS ARE PREPARED TO ORDER. I really enjoy the fresh meals prepared here. I buy two whole bean pies once in a while. The staff is friendly and always great customer service. Of course there are a a few people that arent use to being treated to great service so you frequently have a jerk or two that often is rude to them. As a side note, if you are on a low salt diet then I would recommend this place.

Worst experience ever!! Ive been waiting for about 15mins just to place an order and havent been acknowledged that Im standing here ready to place an order. Meanwhile, the two ladies are in the back smiling with each, so they couldve said "Maam well be with you shortly"!! Im just going to order the hush puppies for someone else and give it a second chance later!! The worst customer service I have experienced thus far!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place....especially the 2 lovely ladies that works there. Truly..Honestly theyer the only reason I come, dont get me wrong the food is awesome (because they cook it they way I like it) but i just love "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

The Cole slaw wasnt fresh and the fish tasted not completely done. We bought the catfish combo. At another location the combo comes with a drink, but not here. Too expensive for less food and quality.
