Ordered carry out for wife and I last weekend they called 20 minutes later to tell me order was ready picked it up and food was very good no issues. Placed a carry out order today around 5:00pm via online order same as last time. Called to confirm they received order same as last time they confirmed order and stated they would call when it was ready...I called around 6:30pm to check order and said wasnt ready yet...called again a little before 8:00pm and the guy who I spoke with proceeded to yell at me over the phone why I hadnt picked up my order yet that it had been ready almost 3 hours prior. I informed him of what he himself had told me 3 hours prior and he yelled again and accused me of lying. He told me "He doesnt call customer when order is ready its customer job to know when order is ready" Great way to treat your customers! very very rude...I told him to keep the order or throw it away that I will not be eating there ever again. I am glad that you dont get charged until you pick up food though...atleast I didnt have to battle with him to get a refund.

Best Chinese take out in the area. I have been ordering from here every other week for about 5 years, and the food is consistently delicious. I have seen others upset at the table service, but if you pay attention to the workings, the server is also the guy taking orders on the phone as well as running carryout. The unwritten deal us you get a free 2 liter with any carryout over $35. If you are dining in expect mediocre service and excellent food. If you are trying to impress your date, this is not the place. If you are trying to eat well and satisfy your craving for Chinese, look no further. I highly recommend the Curry Chicken and Shrimp Lo Mein. The General Tsos sauce to me tastes like sweet ketchup and Red Hot, but they really make it taste amazing.

I was craving Chinese food. I read all the reviews and decided to give chop sticks a try. I had high hopes when I entered the restaurant to pick up my carry out order. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I ordered the pepper steak combo meal, a basic Chinese meal. I am not a picky eater, I like most foods but I could not even eat it. It was a waste of my money and I still have awful taste in my mouth after two bites. The crab ragoons were ok and egg roll was good. I may have just got a bad meal but pepper steak was awful, really tasted like meat in the meal had gone bad. Yuck. I was not expecting a 5 star Chinese meal for that price but did expect it to be good enough to eat.

I recently moved to Union Ky and had a late night craving for Chinese food and of course consulted the internet for help. Others reviews on here led me to Chopstick Chinese Restaurant. Horrible name but AMAZING food. The Shrimp friend rice was stuffed FULL of shrimp and they dont even use egg as a filler. The sweet and sour chicken really delighted my boyfriend (Im not a fan of it usually) and even I enjoyed the sauce! The crab rangoon was PERFECT and believe me, I dont say food is perfect! :) I will HAVE to go for a dine in experience. If it is half as good Ill never wander again.

RUDE!!!! I use to come here all the time and we usually get the same rude waiter but today he was a little more rude than usual, yes we did order carry out and decided to stay and eat, we cleaned our mess and even had the respect to tip him even tho he didnt even come to our table once but as we left there was no "how was everything" "have a good day" he said pick up everything at your table ur carryout and throw that bag away so we did and ask where to put it he pointed right Infront of him!! Overall server is very very rude!!! I recommend getting carryout and leaving DO NOT DINE IN!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. I ordered 3 Combo dinners for takeout online and waited 50 minutes in the restaurant 30 minutes after I ordered - it was ready the whole time. Got home and it was missing half of an order. When I got home I called to let them know I couldnt come back out but that Id appreciate a free meal the next time I came in instead of a refund to make up for it. THEY OFFERED FREE SIDE SAUCE ONLY and when I argued they HUNG UP on me. LOST MY FAMILY AND EXTENDED FAMILIES BUSINESS.

This fast Chinese restaurant has pleasant and friendly staff and one of the few that offers small versions of their various dishes, regardless of weather youre buying at lunch time or during the dinner hour. Usually when a business has more affordable choices they have more cash flow. This store looks like its enjoying success. I have to drive a little farther to get to this particular fast Chinese restaurant but, its worth it. My favorite dish is Small Chicken and Broccoli on Fried Rice.

I love Thai food, but this place has the best. They have larger portions than any other place you will go, trust me. Its a simple, quiet little place, the staff very cordial. Two of the ladies adore my 2 year old son and give him cookies and one even bought him a toy for the next time we came back. We have become regulars at this location because I cannot find a better place.

I have to say I was introduced to this place by my tennis friends, and the few times I was there when them, when I came in without them, the nice lady asked where the others were, she also remembers what I like there. Oh and the main reason is the food is really good! I think they have a very reasonable lunch special!

My favorite Chinese spot in northern Ky. Havent had a negative moment yet and eat from there at least 2 x a month for the last 3 yrs. Nice to walk in and have someone remember yours and your familys names and what u eat. I just love the place! Please dont hesitate call place your order or eat in .

Around $6 for the lunch prices. Good food, amazing value and you get a lot of food, enough for 2 people to split. Ive had the general tso and sesame chicken so far and plan to go back for more. All in all, id highly recommend Chopsticks for anyone who wants cheap, tasty Chinese food.

Order my food I sat down to table I go to pick up my food he had it bagged up I said this is for here he had a nasty attitude very nasty attitude so I didnt bother I grab my stuff and I left but this customer service was terrible Im never going back there again

Its my absolute favorite place to go for Chinese. The food is always hot and generous. You can add or subtract anything you may or may not like in any dish. Thats a big plus for me since I dont like mushrooms or garlic. Definitely worth a try.
