This is the 2nd time for this. First time was in the drive thru. I make my order get to the window and the lady hands me out the persons order behind me. She then ask what did I order. I told him and waited and did not worry about it. Today I am guessing the same thing happened. I order my food at the walkup and the guy gives me my total like last time. Weird thing was it did not ask for my payment. I go wash my hands come back and sit down. While I am waiting another guy orders, looks like it did not ask for payment for him either. He gets his food a few min later. I wait thinking they just may have to cook fresh. So after browsing my phone I see about 20 min has passed. At this point I cannot wait nor have time to even ask anyone what’s up, because I am on lunch and on a bike so I cannot even carry my food and drink with me. This has to be a computer issue you all are having so please look into your ordering system. Just to make note the few other times I have come to this Sonic the wait is way longer than any other sonic I have been to and sometimes I just order a chili cheese dog :(

Last week , I came to this sonic at 6:04am . The service was great & the man had great customer service & took care of my order in a very timely fashion . So I decided to come back today . So Im waiting outside & when its a few minutes after 6am , I pull through the drive thru . Nothing . So I pulled around the store & pull back into the drive thru . The very rude lady working proceeds to tell me that they are not open . I asked when they did & she lied and told me 6:30 am . Clearly they are supposed to open at 6am & not only was she rude but she wasted my time. When she finally decided she was ready to open , I ordered 2 large lemon berry slushies & she said my total was $4.90. Sonic has 99 cent large drinks in the morning so I told her that . Then she tells me with an attitude that I have to pay for the tax & the strawberries. . I dont know how thats supposed to add up to over double the price but okay . She fixed the price & I paid with my card . On the receipt it says I paid with cash & my change was $.56. It was all very irritating & not a good start to my morning

My daughter and I were headed back to Stone Mountain and wanted something sweet so we stopped by Sonic. Once we pulled up we noticed that there were barely any open spots so we settled for drive thru since it was only 2 cars waiting. We ordered some food as well as A Sonic blast and Slushy. The young lady that served us at the window was very nice and accommodating. They were quite busy so she apologized for the delay due to it being Happy Hour and personally made my Sonic Blast due to it being what we had waited on. Id wait again honestly because that was the best Sonic Blast Id ever had.. I wont disclose the young ladys name because Im contacting corporate about her great customer service. Yet I will definitely be back to this

They close at 11pm. I arrived 10:40-10:45pm and at first they kept ignoring the button for service, plus they blocked off the drive-thru so no one could order there as well. Finally they answered the buzzer for service when they saw I wasnt leaving, but only to say that they were closed. It was 10:50 and clearly I was there 15-20 minutes prior to closing. And as it is a fast food establishment, they had ample time to fill an order for a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. They just chose to not do their jobs. I will not return and will be calling headquarters to file a formal complaint about the lack of professionalism displayed by their team members.

This might be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Extremely slow service. After being ignored at the drive-in for at least 15 minutes I attempted the drive through, which didnt pan out any better. Took closer to 40 minutes in total to even place an order, let alone receive it. The staff was unattentive, obviously disorganized and, after expressing my dissatisfaction in thier service, I basically got a shoulder shrug in reaponse. They didnt care about providing quality cistomer service at all. The saddest part was my visit wasnt even during peak hours. If you like Sonics food, avoid this location like the plague and swing by a different one.

I definitley love SONIC...but not this location... Every time I come here they are slow it should not take that long to get some drinks, their service is the slowest I have ever seen... I literally order 2 drinks that took 29 mintues to recieve... They also took 10 minutes to answer the button to place the order and they were not even busy... I wish there was a different SONIC around because I would go there instead... who is the manger for this location because obviously noone is doing there job...Im over it...complaints to corporate!!!

I truly wish I could give no stars! I have been sitting here for over 40 minutes waiting on 4 drinks. Many cars have came and gone but here we are still waiting. Sonic corporate should really look into this location. They are rude as well. 15 minutes ago we were told they were making the last drink. Had I not already paid I would have left, goodness knows how long a refund might take. 46 minutes now and still waiting!

This location has some issues with responding to their drive ups and drive through. I went to this location a few times and each time it was the same issue. You could literally be waiting in the drive through like I did for over 5 minutes before they even greet you and same goes for the drive up ordering stations. They seem very poorly managed. Food has no issues and conforms to the sonic standards.

Disgusting to see the drive thru attendant placing my nuggets in the little box one by one with her bare hands. When she brought my bag to the window, I asked, "maam, did you put those in the box with your bare hands"? She replied, oh, sorry". She tossed those in the trash and fixed a box with the utensils. Saddest part is that it leaves me wondering what happens when youre not looking...

2:43 pm, thats when we got there. We didnt hear from anyone at a station or in the drive-thru until 3:22 pm. We waited until 3:39 to receive our food, at which point they realized we hadnt gotten our drinks yet. We pulled out with all of our food at 3:45 pm. OVER AN HOUR. Sure, say we couldve just gone somewhere else to eat, but NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG TO EAT ANYWHERE.

My friend and I went one day to get slushies, she got a lemon berry and I got a blue raspberry with nerds. We get home and realize that my blue raspberry with nerds has NO nerds and they still charged me for it. They are also horrible at opening on time, theyre supposed to open at 6 am and usually dont open until 6:30 or later. Very disappointed in this Sonic.
