Had to wait over 45 minutes, one of our burgers was quite literally slopped together, the pickles were soured (when a 6 year old takes one bite of her sandwich, says it tastes bad...something is wrong). Needless to say we all got sick from this experience. Contacted corporate the day after the incident, I was told I would be contacted by higher management/area supervisor within 24-48 hours....2 weeks later corporate has said they havent even opened the email about the problem. Avoid this location like the plague.

I liked my burger, but this place is more ghetto than the Checkers in my home town, which is pretty damned ghetto. The bathroom was out of order, which meant that I couldnt wash my hands before eating. The people were nice enough...not exactly rude, but not exemplars of customer service. We (you and I and everybody else familiar with the chain) dont have stellar expectations when we pull into a Checkers, but I expected better from this one.

Horrible horrible customer service young unprofessional employees one of the worst Checkers Ive ever visited I waiting in line for15 minutes I wanted to do two separate orders with two separate coupons told me I was only able to do one transaction per coupon. So instead of allow me to do two separate orders I have to go through the drive-thru two times and wait in a long line . I do not recommend this location.

Waited for food and noticed it day on the counter while they went to the back a few times without giving me my food. Had to wait until slushies were made. So naturally did was cold. Such a disappointment! Id heard how good their food is.

Me, my boyfriend, and my niece ate here last night.. all got different stuff off the menu and we ALL got sick. I was up throwing up most of the night & my niece and my bf both complained of bad stomach pain.

I wish they were open as late as wendys. Checkers is one of my favorite habits. I love the baconzilla fries and chicken bites. Every time I get paid, Checkers is always an option. I never get tired of it.

Great food and service, but have been there twice now and no straws for my drinks. Second time, I specifically asked for them and didnt get them. Three strikes and I dont come back ever again!

Workers always friendly, service is a tad slow but food is always fresh and correct. Could use extra help to keep it cleaner, looking in from drive thru it is dirty because theyre always busy.
