WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never ever go back to this place! The general manager (whos name starts w/ an L) was very rude! She was so unprofessional about everything! My mother and I went to enjoy a nice lunch, but it was everything but nice. The server had no idea what she was doing and gave us false information about being able to use the coupon we had. They waited until after we were finish with our meal to tell us we couldnt use the coupon when they said it was ok in the beginning. Then the manager called the police on us because of the issue. The Hapeville police were rude also, using foul language when speaking to us and continuing to say he was going to be a a** hole if we didnt resolve the issue. They were no help what-so-ever and only seemed to be getting agitated, also acting in an unprofessional manner. The manager stood and argued with us for over 30 mins. about how she wasnt going to honor our coupon. She spoke to us as if we were not paying customers. I felt very humiliated and discriminated. She acted very racist and hateful towards my mother and I over a simple coupon. She never once took responsibility for her actions to admit her staff had made a mistake in falsifying information before hand. There was no customer service used what-so-ever and it was HORRIBLE! She just wanted to give us a hard time. I would never recommend ANYONE to dine here. GO SOME WHERE ELSE! very horrible customer service! very unprofessional staff! I will never go back. It smelled like a smoke house or night club and the food was not all that. on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this place a 0 and the manager gets a 00. if you are looking for a nice place to eat or drink with a good professional staff, nice atmosphere, and not get the police called on you this is not the place for you. RUN!!! If I could give this place a negative rating I surely would. Dont waste your time/money here.

The management here is HORRIBLE! I ordered the Watermelon Ho but I despise watermelon and asked for it to be made with blueberry syrup. They made me a regular BlueMF , which is not blueberry. I then asked for it to be either strawberry or raspberry syrup. When the waitress brought me the drink it didnt taste like it had raspberry anything in it. I informed the waiter that its disgusting and she went to speak with the managers see if she can change the drink or take it off my tab. The manager quickly told her that she was not taking anything off my tab. When asked to speak with the manager, she was extremely combative! She immediately told me that she wasnt taking anything off my tab. But I wasnt asking her to take anything off my tab, I just wanted a drink that I could drink. After numerous interruptions from the manager, I was finally able to ask her what I can do to make the drink better (a solution she should have come up with from jump instead of trying to argue with me!). Finally, she asked me what was wrong with the drink. I told her it was too strong and she informed me that I could get more syrup added. THAT WAS A SIMPLE SOLUTION THAT COULD TAKEN TWO SECONDS IF SHE WASNT SO COMBATIVE! I will NEVER come here again! I have worked as a manager in food service for 8 years and I have never interrupted a customer while they were telling me what they were dissatisfied with. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORSE IS HERE!

Terrible service. Over priced food and drinks. Take your money and time else where. If your interested in my detailed experience: 7-8pm on Wed in April 2017. Less than 50 patrons, 12 tables. 8 servers, two behind the bar. Server was kind in tone but lacked service or manners. They spent more time talking and stuffing food in their faces at the bar, in plain view of patrons, than they did serving. First pint of beer I ordered came 3/4 full. I made a comment along the lines that someone already drank from it. Server rolled her eyes. Did not take it back and fill it. Server had 3 tables she was responsible for she did not come back to see if I needed anything else (which I did since my beer was half empty to begin with) for 35 mins. She was eating and talking with the other servers less than 8 feet from my table. Food was sub par and way over priced. Dirty taps beer tastes terrible. Will not return or recommend.

The worst restaurant experience of my life. NO ONE should ever eat here especially if you actually want to get your food. The bf and I went in only after we discovered that the Thai place next door was closed. We were told that it would be a while since they were packed. That was no big deal we had beer and talked. An hour went by and she finally came by with my food...only my food. We waited and waited and were constantly told my bf food was coming. I finally ate while my poor bf watched. An hour went by and still no food.and what was our elaborate order that couldnt be made? It was chicken fingers and fries...nothing that takes long to make. I would know I grew up a restaurant kid. Then when I had enough and asked to pay and leave the waitress said that she had to talk to her manager about removing the food we never got...worst place ever if you eat here you have no respect for yourself.

Ordered 4 items TO-GO, most were just burgers and one was the Bangers and Mash. The Banger meal was about a handful of food which just took up the corner of the to-go box and the mac and cheese was a tiny cup of rancid noodles all stuck together in a hard lump. Yes, it was rancid and stank like old socks. On top of it we got charged an extra 50c for each item, including the sides and then added in 20% tip... for a to-go order! My meal consisted of about 10 spoonfuls of food and the mac and cheese was too dangerous to eat. Ive eaten at the location in Douglasville and it was fine, the one in Hapeville should be shut down - or at least investigated for fraud or health violations because of the rotted food they ship out on to-go orders. Even one star is one too many. The 20% tip add-in on a to-go order was the final straw though - Ill be sure to warn others about this place.

This place is so inconsistent youre rolling the dice every time you go there. I kept going back because theyd get it right half the time. Well, they just sucked for the second time in a row, so I wont be back. Who calls themselves an Irish pub and has no Jamesons??? Also out of luck on my first two choices of beer. Sorry, were out. Food ranges from pretty damned good to inexcusable, depending on what day you happen to go in. The only advice I can give you is if you walk in and you DONT see a girl with purple hair behind the bar - RUN. I believe her name is Amanda. Any time she takes care of us it is flawless. She actually takes the time to check your order before you get it, and have anything that is wrong corrected before you even see it (Call me crazy, but I thought that was a servers job...). Everyone else is pretty much worthless. Youve been warned.
