I usually shop at Publix because of their bogo sales they have so often but I was shopping at ingles the other day and the young lady that helped me (Naomi) was very friendly, helpful and patient. I was extremely pleased with how she helped me and didnt get frustrated like most cashiers would have when dealing with me and my coupons. I will be spending my money here instead of going anywhere else from now on. I do hope they concider having more "buy one get one free" sales being that was the reason why I used to shop at publix so often.

Awesome Customer Service. I personally have shopped there and once I couldnt find something and the cashier left the register, walked down the isle, and showed me right where it is. I love shopping there and the cashiers are nicer than Kroger on Hopsital Drive. The lines are always short here, they get you in and out as quick as they can. They also have the cleanest bathrooms ill give them a 5 star

I have shopped at this Ingles Store for over 10 years and have always been treated well. The Manager(s) I have spoken to throughout the years have always listened, and when possible made changes per my suggestions. The prices are fair and the selection is plentiful. They try to keep the lines moving and almost never have I had to wait.
