Fantastic place to eat for home cooked style food. The service is equal to the food. They treat you like family whether you like it or not. The pricing is better than fast food pricing. Vegetables are had to find in a restaurant in todays world. One of my favorites is catfish Fridays they have whole and fillets. If you ever ate at Catfish Den fish BHD is pretty darn close. Great hamburgers, fried chicken and meatloaf. They have started staying open until 7 pm Monday thru Friday. Do yourself a favor and stop in get something to go youll be a fan.

Food was excellent, but the service was horrible!!! We had a server that could have cared less about being there or having a job!!! Should have known by her attitude and the way she slapped the check down when she finally brought our food. Passed us by 4 times, we waited 20 minutes for a coffee refill. The place was NOT even busy, and the service was that bad. We finally got up, and then and only then did they rush to take our money. Left a tip; HELL NO!!!

Definitely rate this restrictions as 4 and a half stars. My wife and I decided to go to a restaurant that wasnt a chain. I got chicken fried steak and 2 sunny side eggs. Very good. White Gravy was very good.. not runny. Eggs were perfect. Service was professional and fast. I will go there again!!

The food is NOT great! Biscuits look and taste like sourdough. The hash browns have no seasoning. Bacon was soggy. Eggs are runny. Country fried steak is all breading and some ground beef mixed in it. The only good thing was the soda. Do not recommend at all!
